Cute Girl Plays Flute Hero

New Order live, 1984: Blue Monday

Helpful directions.

Godless says...

Not bad, but I would've preferred if the 4th guy had sang a 7th instead of the octave up; minor or better yet, Major 7th... more conclusive in terms of resolution.

Dude plays all parts of Boston's Foreplay/Long Time

deathcow says...

*doublepromote that was so polished, and he is a good Brad Delp cover!! I noticed he skipped out on the octave jump at the end but I cant fault him for sure.

My six year old son thought it was awesome, and that the backup vocals in the upper right was coolest, and the "drunk" guy in the lower left looked the worst.

Bravo on this! I would go see a a Boston cover show with these guys, provided they could adequately clone the musician.

I watched my brother play this game and my biggest gripe was his voice. He's a bike courier. Why does every modern male game lead have to have the stupid gravelly Wolverine/duke/halo voice?

Let's see what your voice sounds like after being forced to drain thousands of human souls, and then getting electrocuted.

I bet you'd drop an octave or two.

The Daily Show: Hugh Jackman Interview (April 30, 2009)

bluecliff says...

wow, and I thought the other x-men movies were gay. Hollywood is dead. bought the farm. pushing up daisies. rip.
I do like the fact that a guy that does musicals on Broadway is playing Wolverine. a killer instinct and high octaves go well together...

edit
nice interview btw.

52yr Old Guy Can Sing Across 6 Octaves

JAPR says...

>> ^dystopianfuturetoday:
Great, now all he needs is better pitch, tone quality, technique and some basic musicality.
Also, he only sings 2 1/3 octaves in the video.

Yeah, seriously, just because you can hit a ton of notes doesn't mean you're a good singer. I'm still waiting for the next Freddie Mercury to hit the rock music scene.

asynchronice says...

Great message, but the delivery/execution is a bit too dramatic; the guy reminds of high school plays where someone 'OV-ER EE-NUN-CIATES' everything and audibly drops their register down an octave to sound authoritative. It makes you sound like a gay robot.
