HowToBasic - How To Make Ramen
This is a very basic recipe, I would suggest however that his might be an even easier procedure:

If I may be so bold there are a few tips I can offer:
Step 1: Fill your sink with warm sudsy water.
Step 2: Do all of your dishes and clean your work surface
Step 3: Drain the sink and refill it with sudsy water
Step 4: Start cooking
Step 5: If you dirty a dish or utensil, clean it RIGHT AWAY!
Step 6: Goto step 3 and repeat until you are finished cooking
* With cooking, go for it. You can only get better the more times you try.
* Double sinks should be the standard, if you only have one of those huge single tubs one should get their head examined. 1 sink for clean, one sink for rinse, one rack to dry. *rant over.
* Ramen, for me, is tied with Thai and Indian. It is in its essence Umami. Just don't use as much noodle as this f**k tard did at the end of the video
Not sure I'd be able to make this all that quickly, but I agree it would take longer to clean up.
I do have a sudden inexplicable craving for noodles, though. It is pretty late, so I might just have a bath.

Okay
I just took a long walk to have lunch. As I walked, I noodled and noodled on my Homeland comment (if it isn't obvious by now, I use that comment all the time.) How to give it context so as to not give the wrong impression? How to keep it short, given how complicated the context is?
Finally realized the power of the snark. Parentheses. Those communicate quickly.
Still needed more. Has to be short.
I sat to eat my lunch, and opened the book of essays I was reading. (I always read while eating if alone.) And there it was.
So. Would you be interested in being my editor for this project? Help me hone it? Get it succinct? (If you are interested, I have a great story about the Broadway musical Guys and Dolls struggles to be succinct. Came to mind when I stumbled on the idea of parentheses.)
Okay. Here goes. Let me know if you would like to help me get it right:
As "Homeland Security" says, if you see something, SAY something. (Meant to be read snarkily. Because here is the truth: As Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel said: "Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.")
It is still long. I'll have to copy and paste a long time before I remember it. But it provides context and I hope it communicates that you cannot confuse me with a Brownshirt.

Oh wow, I forgot that tastebuds.fm was even a thing, but checked it out, kinda nifty!! May be worth downloading the app noodle. I also have to agree that G# is better, but all the tracks on that EP are awesome sausage, especially Christina. So want to hear the history behind that one!!
I still can't remember where I first heard them, but it may have been here.. https://tastebuds.fm/
and while this one is good, this is even better.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5y8dk24OPwk

Anytime noodle! It is too good to not get sifted, and I figured that others here would dig it, or at least have some good comments, happy to see that I was right!!
I was gifted a bunch of points by an anonymous meatbag, so I am all about spreading the love. Also, boobs. Real or not, you can never go wrong with boobs!

Awe noodle...thank you so much! I feel like a huge dork, but I have been crying ever sense I read your comment. I guess I am still working through the grieving process over the death of our friendship, and it just hits me hard sometimes. I really do miss my best friend, and I know that I have to let you go because that is what you want. I have the hope charm you gave me on a necklace that I wear all the time. I can't seem to let go of the hope I have that one day we will be back to that place we were the first month I was home. I have let go of the anger and hate, but hanging onto that hope helps me stay strong, and to keep working on becoming the person I know I can be. I know I just wrote you a novel to say thanks, but shit, some things never change doll.
Congrats on your first #1.
Why You Literally Can't Overcook Mushrooms
You counter that by starting with more mushrooms... =)
ps. Another good example of this is Japanese straw mushrooms (enoki iirc) which have a very crunch texture raw, but can be stewed in sukiyaki for 30 minutes and despite the stems no longer being rigid (more like a soft noodle), they still give an audible crunch when bitten in to.
Dammit, now I want sukiyaki...
My husband overcooks mushrooms every time. I love steak night, but good grief that man can cook a mushroom until it's the size of a raisin.
