The fake “black church” event was hilarious….not a single black parishioner in the crowd because he RENTED a black church and (criminal) pastor, he wasn't welcomed by the church goers, he had a crowd of 300+- elderly white people wearing “blacks for Trump” shirts….they’re already claiming there were 8000 people in that max occupancy of 350 church (it wasn’t even full). I'm a 40-year-old guy who grew up on DC comics. I have a shelf full of them. There are one or two Marvel titles, but really they were never my thing.

And yet, I've seen nearly every MCU movie and only 2 DCU movies, and only one I actually enjoyed.

FFS WB, this isn't that hard. It's not even like you haven't done it before... just animated.

Batman animated, Justice League, Teen Titans... they all had elements of the "dark and gritty" but they were fun! They certainly weren't an absolute clusterfuck like this nonsense.

What makes you say it's a reboot? Looks like it's a sequel to me (main character is even Idris Elba's characters son).

That said, I see where you're coming from. I loved Pacific Rim; I didn't even know they were making a sequel and then I saw this and I was stoked... until I watched it.

And meh... doesn't do it for me. Shame they could get Del Toro back, and the less said about the shitty soundtrack for the trailer the better.

Still gonna watch it though, which is more than I can say about Justice League.

Now I have to go watch the Thor Ragnarok trailer again to cheer myself up.
