As a fellow introvert, I took a job as a bouncer when I was in college specifically because it's exactly the opposite of the kind of person I am. It was worth it.
I was in a major urban center though, so most slow nights were about like this in the video. The only really big difference being the density of people (and thus, about 100x more exchanges with drunk idiots like those shown above).
Very interesting experience.

I'd like to enter this video into evidence to support my extreme introvert lifestyle. Frequently, people in the meaty center or extreme extrovert side of the bell curve question how I can possibly be happy and fulfilled staying home all the time.

Why don't I get out more? THIS is why.

I'm an introvert, and of course I would draw it facing the right direction to be read by others. Otherwise people would have to ask why I had a backwards Q on my forehead, and that would be humiliating.

Q facing left for me. I am indeed quite the introvert.

But I'm also a fantastic liar, but likely more because I think fast and as a long time story teller I can come up with a quality lie very rapidly. That said, I rarely I rarely purposefully lie.

I agree. Fun video, but maybe it's because that I am fundamentally an introvert no matter how well I try to disguise it, but the whole thing felt like a huge DUH! to me.

So you're telling me that collaboration isn't always good? Sometimes you have to work alone? No shit sherlock! What's that? striking some sort of balance between collaboration and independent work is preferable to mindlessly succumbing to group think? Common sense much?

A balance has to be struck. There is value in individualism and there is value in collaboration. just have to find the right mix and it's not always going to be the same mix.
