Oh sweet zombie fucking Geebus, the golden Trump sneakers that while not even in production yet have sold out have red soles.
Red fucking soles.
Surprise, Louie Vuitton has an international patent and trademark on red soled shoes. Every penny Trump made from the sneaker deal and more are going to go to LV, they are sharks when it comes to defending their trademarks, and they, unlike Trump, win in courts around the world.

Still waiting ребенок.

Bonus- two devastating new billion dollar lawsuits brought against Fox and the Murdoch family in Delaware by pension fund investors from multiple states for intentional mismanagement by Murdoch and the board.
This on top of the $2.7 BILLION suit by Smartmatic.
Fox is just the big fish, they’re going after all the extreme right propaganda channels for knowingly spreading lies as “news corporations”, which would obviously hurt their brands and stock values. That’s a crime, btw. Say goodbye to the Pravda clones.

Holy shit, the insane racist insults Trump aimed at his own black voters…first insisting black voters love him for being indicted, because being indicted for crimes is a black thing, love him for his mug shot because black people celebrate criminality, and love him for his sneakers because all black people lose their minds over fancy sneakers. You likely don’t see the racist tropes all these statements are based on.
“The lights are so bright I can’t see too many people, I can only see the black ones.” (Doesn’t even realize he’s saying there aren’t many black people in his crowd or that he’s being overtly racist)

You were warned…

3 weeks and Twitter has closed its doors and is likely soon to be gone.
Forced loyalty pledges.
Employees locked out, the very few left that is.
Verification, gone.
Advertisers, gone.
Parody, gone.
Freedom of speech, gone.
Misinformation teams, gone….but that was the reason he bought it, to remove fact checks of conservatives.
Safety, gone.
Design teams, gone.
Functionality teams, gone.
Building maintenance teams, gone.
Twitter employees tweeted each other goodbye because they see it’s dying. Even most of the few that signed the loyalty pledge to become “hard core Twitter” say it’s temporary, they just didn’t want to lose their jobs right before the holidays. Good luck automating everything and pleasing your customers. He already drove off almost all advertising and revenue.

$45 billion of Tesla cash down the drain, down over 55% ytd and still plunging, and still burning money by the truckload, possibly into bankruptcy, and under multiple congressional investigations….OUCH!…all because Elon couldn’t stand even 2 days of free speech and started perma banning people over nonsense he created.
All in on Tesla must not be looking as bright and shiny today. You can’t say you weren’t warned.

As a bonus, Florida’s moronic infantilizing “stop woke act” law is on hold. Poor baby snowflakes might have to hear actual history for a moment, not white washed “slavery was just a voluntary migration for work just like we see on the southern border and benefited the slaves greatly” nonsense. The judge quoted 1984 in his ruling, calling the law “positively dystopian”.

Let's talk about altering the Supreme Court....

If that were even a remote possibility, you might be correct, but it’s like saying the best solution to California drought is a 1/4 mile wide powered water pipeline from the Mississippi, possibly technically correct on its face, but in no way a feasible solution.
With 49% of Congress dedicated to nothing more than stopping the other 51% from getting anything done, getting 66.7% in both houses to agree that water is wet is asking way too much. Getting an amendment for something actually contentious is an obvious impossibility, and a ridiculous suggestion as a solution, even if it is the proper legal remedy.
Increasing the number of justices and re-litigating, while a cheap move, is the only feasible way to reinstate women’s rights Federally. The right wouldn’t hesitate if they were in a similar position.

Can’t think of your own goodbye slight? Come on, I believe in you, you can think of something yourself.

After reading all your material, and after reading your rants on the other thread, my belief is reinforced that the best path is still the suggestion I noted above:

"If abortion should be considered to be a "right", then so amend the Constitution".

Bye Felicia.

Lol! Even Trump's pardons are less than worthless.

Kushner's friend Ken Kurson who installed spyware on his ex wife's computer to cyber stalk her and stole and used her passwords and harassed and threatened people including witnesses and court officials during their divorce was pardoned by Trump because spying on and stalking your ex and threatening the courts is something he's done and understands.

Too bad it's also a state crime in New York where he did it, and the supreme court already ruled that prosecuting in a different venue is not double jeopardy. They also ruled that accepting a pardon is legally admitting guilt. That means any crimes Trump pardoned (there's thousands) that are also state crimes can not only still be prosecuted, the defendants have already admitted guilt in a legally binding way.

D'oh! Say goodbye to the Trump crime syndicate.

Tallest Mohawk - Guinness World Records

BSR says...

My hair ends just below the top of my shoulder blades. As a kid my parental units insisted on a "crew cut" which I always hated. It exposed a small bald spot on the back of my head which seemed to make my siblings always want to poke at it. Once I escaped parental captivity I said goodbye bald spot forever.

I was never interested in sporting a Mohawk.

Yes, but my understanding is that the point isn't to starve the virus for hosts until it's dead, it's to slow the spread enough that hospitals aren't overrun. When they are, death rates explode, logically from 3-3.5% up to 15-20%. Of course, this plan relies on the hope that immunity is relatively full and permanent, something we don't know yet.

If people weren't morons, I would agree about parks and beaches....but they are. Even those smart enough to try and social distance in public often forget and hug goodbye, and most aren't being that smart.

The problem with sending people back is we don't have a single study on immunity. We don't know if you have full immunity after recovering from being infected, or if so how long it might last. Many other coronaviruses mutate enough that immunity is for one season at best. We need to study the virus in detail before making assumptions on life and death issues, and it's smart to err on one side of caution with stakes this high until we know. Opening up before we know is a pure gamble....the odds might be good, but the stakes are sky high.

In a near worst case scenario, it's possible that Covid19 is going to remain as dangerous as it is today for some time with reinfection possible, and that any future vaccines will need yearly changes and booster shots to be effective, like the flu shot but hopefully more effective. In that case, the best we can really do is be prepared for a constant flow of large numbers of patients and deaths. That's going to require a complete retooling and expansion of the medical system, but silver lining, it's hundreds of thousands of good paying jobs that robots can't do...yet.

If everyone somehow isolates and we get down to only only 10 new cases a day, and we let everyone out, that only resets the clock to February with the addition of a million or so people already infected and immune. Everything goes back to shit in another couple months. People's behavior changing will help slow the spread, but will not prevent it. There's plenty you can do outside the home a safe distance from other people with minimal risk, certainly less than just going to shop for food. It's ridiculous they are shutting down beaches where it's simple to walk 20' away from anybody else. To limit crowds just close down parking spaces.

Antibody tests should allow recovered people back into regular life, but the only way we get a lot of recovered people is to have a lot of sick people first. Keep the elderly and high risk people confined, and let everyone else out with reasonable precautions(no gatherings over 20, etc). The only other alternative is a 6-12 month lockdown and 100% testing, which is simply never going to happen. You would still have to lock down the borders until the rest of the world has it under control too.
