Wikipedia says this pilot aired in May of 1977, not 1979 (show was cancelled in '78)..... also the show was created by Buck Henry of Get Smart (and The Graduate) fame! Awesome find.

Is it supposed to surprise me that people aren't being offered what their gold is actually worth? And am I supposed to feel bad that "people are being taken advantage of like this"? Those people are responsible for doing their own research and for shopping around. If they only go to one place, they don't deserve any more or less than what that place offers.

Haha! Pwned! This is probably my favorite game of all time. I can't wait for the upcoming SC2. Jeesh, all 3 of my kids have aged 12 years since StarCraft came out.
