It's odd this is taken out while this was in there http://videosift.com/video/The-Making-of-Dodo-Bird-Cake. Any average sculptor can form fondant. This lady's technique is truly innovative. Plus all of her cake is edible and made out of materials that don't taste like sugar paste. What do I know though...
