Headless Horseman Bud Light Ad

looris says...

lol no.

that's like, well, I like beer. Italian beer is almost non-existant, since Italian standard alcoholic beverages are Grappa (which I hate) and Wine (which I don't really like, unless it's excellent).

So, I like very much Weißbeer, but also some blondes, especially Bud but also Corona, and mixed ones such as Adelscott and Desperados. And Dragoon, if I want to take something strong...

yeah many people shiver for some reason, but Bud's my favourite!
Well, I also like very much all good Weiss, and I like Dragoon (only red beer I drink), Corona, Desperados and many others.
But still, Bud's #1

@SG: bourbons... I dunno, maybe I tried sometimes but I don't remember them... Mixing beer with Sprite is done in France and it's called Panachè (random spelling) and it's done in Germany (yes, Germany) with, schweppes I guess, gaining the name Radler, or with Coke (IIRC) but I forgot the name it takes then.

@twiddles: non flaming, but adding some coffee beans does help. either 1 or 3, IIRC.

@JD: I've no idea what are you talking about -.-

jmd, as I said, using hazards to alert others that you aren't driving, or can't drive, at the same speed as everyone else is fine. The problem with using them in snow or fog is that they illuminate said snow or fog with a large corona effect which makes it rather hard to spot the lines, which is often your best reference when driving in low visibility. If you're driving in pea soup, then you don't need hazard lights to indicate your slow speed as everyone should be driving slow. If someone else is doing 70mph, then they deserve to crash and burn.

Hazard lights are meant to make other drivers aware that you are a potential hazard, not to become one.

Beer Freezes Instantly Before Your Eyes

Oatmeal says...

ok... I tried this with tap water in the same bottles, and it did not work at all.. after 3 hours, there was already ice in the bottles. perhaps the water does need a certain degree of purity for this to happen. It would be interesting to see if this happens with any other type of beer, or maybe corona is just very pure.

Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag. (show it anyway)

The explanation from the other thread was that it used super-pure distilled water which would not form crystals to allow freezing, even below 0c.

Not sure how this would work with unpure beer though. Stealth Corona viral anyone?

Hmm About the lime in the Corona. Once this exact thing happend to me with a corona but I didnt have any lime in it, all I did was take it out of the freezer, pop it open and took one zip and put it back on the table and it freeze instantly. Still dont understand why it did it.
