Trumps Impeachment Lawyers Are Very Bad: A Closer Look

BSR says...

Listen Snowshoes, the impeachment was legit. A child could see what happened here.

Get edumacated.

The Emperor Has No Clothes

"When a leader surrounds himself with “yes” men, it often leads to absurd and embarrassing results. It is far better to surround oneself with honest people who are unafraid to ask questions or to point out deficiencies as they see them."

Trump Defends Sedition Speech, Support for Impeachment Grows

newtboy says...

The mayor of New York just cut all contracts with Trump.
The multiple contracts the Trump organization has with New York city all include a clause negating the contract if any of the companies leaders commit criminal activity. Treason and sedition and inciting a riot fit that bill, so they have ended all business contracts and will hire other vendors to handle their properties.
It's pretty likely other states will follow suit.
The PGA has cut all ties.
Shopify no longer sells Trump merchandise or products like Ivanka's clothing line.
His banks, Signature and Deutsche bank have both said they will do no new business, but won't walk away from the $340 million he owes them, business loans personally guaranteed by Trump.
Sounds to me like all revenue is drying up just when $700-$1000 million in debts are coming due...Barron is going to need a job flipping burgers, he's only going to inherit debt and hatred.

If only we COULD cancel those 72 million who supported treasonous Trump and his coup. Cancel their citizenship, their government benefits, their air travel, their bank accounts, and their freedom. They are treasonous terrorists, and deserve to be treated as such.

Elizabeth Warren: Donald Trump can NEVER be the President

With an impeachment under his belt and RED lipstick on his ass. 💄

Not to mention a closet full of lawsuits.

On the positive side, he is a good example of a terrible president.

Police admit they arrested wrong man, yet he's still in jail

newtboy says...

Fit the description....except for his height, weight, age, and clothing.
Just like I fit the description of a vandal when I was 12-13 riding the bus to school in my prep school uniform, 130lbs and maybe 5'4", and white...and the description was mid twenties black man, approximately 6' 180 lbs. I was still in custody when they brought him in.

Never trust a word a policeman says, they are professionally trained to be liars, and have fought to the supreme court to secure their right to lie. They know that doesn't include lying about what happened, making up charges, or perjury, but once you're ok with lying, even feel it's an important tool to use to trick innocent suspects into prison, crossing the next line is nothing, just lie about it.
Stating that in court under oath makes me ineligible for jury duty. I got a huge smile from the judge too, seems he doesn't like liars either.

The right is well aware of this, and are also aware that the black masks "antifa" used can be purchased anywhere, and lucked out when BLM often used them in their rallies too (thanks to Covid) so they were already subconsciously connected. It wasn't difficult for them to buy some black masks and clothing themselves, then commit crimes in the name of antifa at BLM events, so they did, most arrested for shootings and all arrested for bombings were right wing terrorists only dressed as antifa.
They even had manifestos outlining their plan to trigger civil war by instigating riots and committing murders and bombings and blaming their actions on antifa when caught.
That needs to be in the spotlight imo, so people understand the violent mob isn't just leftists, it's also Trumpists in antifa clothing and they're perpetrating (and attempting) the worst violence.

I agree about silencing offensive speech. The right way to handle offensive stupidity is debate it publicly, imo. Does the left at these universities not have access to intelligent knowledgeable people willing to contradict blatant racists or Nazis on stage? Do the universities not have a debate coach willing to moderate? Why not?
Just call Cornel West, he'll do it.

Thanks to BSR for having this posted. This is the sort of stuff that needs to get more airtime and eyeballs.

I think that pairs to the worst crime the left has been involved in related to the dumpster fire that is today. The entire notion of de-platforming or silencing 'offensive' speech, and that Universities have if anything been leading the way. Universities need to instead be having guys like the one here getting their views known more broadly, and then point out loudly what is considered bad and dangerous about them. More importantly, to also point out how closely it aligns with Trump and his rallying cries.

When the left could have been discrediting this filth, they have instead been accomplishing the opposite by actively rallying moderates to 'defend' the freedom of speech of these guys.

The passive majority has been watching for a long time as advocates on the left have used force and violence to disrupt speech they don't like. Now, cities are burning and despite it being for entirely other reasons, you have a lot of middle america only seeing the same angry mob of leftists at the same stuff again as before. Demand everyone do things their way or violence will be used. The worst/scariest thing to me is the Dems still seem confused by how people aren't flocking to them in the face of Trumps malice. They somehow can not fathom that there are an awful lot of right leaning people honestly worried that their only choice is between a Trump they loath in most everyway, but on the other side and angry mob of leftists willing to use violence on anyone that doesn't conform. If Trump wins the next election I'll be sickened, but also entirely unsurprised.

Goodyear

newtboy says...

Agreed, even if the claims were true, Trump abused his power by calling for a boycott of an American company for personal reasons.
BUT....
It's a fake, not a Goodyear official policy or slide. Jesus is a liar. (See above)

"Trump’s tweet followed a report from WIBW-TV in Topeka, Kansas, based on an anonymous Goodyear employee’s screenshot that listed Black Lives Matter and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride messages as acceptable while politically affiliated slogans and material, including “MAGA Attire” and “Blue Lives Matter,” in support of police, were listed as unacceptable. The screenshot was described in the report as part of the company’s diversity training.
Kramer wrote that the visual was created by an employee at the company’s Topeka factory and “was not approved or distributed by Goodyear corporate or anyone outside of that facility.
Kramer reiterated Thursday that Goodyear has “a longstanding corporate policy that asks associates to refrain from workplace expressions in support of any candidate or political party.”
https://www.snopes.com/ap/2020/08/20/goodyear-attire-supporting-police-ok-but-no-political-wear/

There's no room for debate.
The article linked showed that Goodyear clarified that Blue Lives Matter clothing was specifically allowed so there would be no confusion, they didn't change their policy, yet here we are with people claiming they were not allowed beforehand, but there's zero evidence any Blue Lives Matter clothing was ever considered a violation besides the fake screenshot/policy.

I think there's room for debate about whether the policy was unevenly applied, but either way, it's an abuse of power. Goodyear should even be able to openly advocate for Biden without fearing the President would start a boycott.

The room for debate part:
Obviously MAGA hats are campaigning, and so is By/Bye Don 2020 clothing, and both should be disallowed according to the Goodyear policy.

The Black Lives Matter organization has policies for the defunding of police and other things that aren't directly opposing racism. So, however political Blue Lives Matter is, it's as political as Black Lives Matter in that regard, and either both should be allowed or both disallowed. Yet the image that jesus linked to above shows Blue Lives Matter as "Unacceptable".

Good point....but there's also the fact that it wasn't unevenly applied, he's comparing apples and durian fruit. ^

Also, I guess their position is that this means any company that won't allow Bye Don 2020 hats at work needs to burn, right? My Pillow, I'm looking at you.

Goodyear

newtboy says...

Nice lie. Jesuswouldbeproudofyou.

Ok, I slightly miswrote, it's not a pure "no political statements" policy, it's a long term "no political campaigning" policy, so no political CAMPAIGN statements or slogans or advocacy of one candidate over another. I'll fix it since it confused you so, it was not meant to deceive so wasn't a lie....can't say the same for therightscoop.com, they're clearly trying g to deceive if they claim it was unfair or uneven enforcement of long term company rules.

The point is it's not being unfairly applied like the petulant child claims and you dishonestly stand behind, it's totally even handed. No ByeDon 2020, no maga, not even JoJo2020. Yes BLM, whether that's a black or blue "B". Maybe you don't understand that BLM isn't running for office, isn't a candidate, and isn't a political party....yet.

Social issues, even those that have been politicized, are allowed..
like blm or support for police garb. You can wear a shirt that says "VOTE", you can't wear one that says "VOTE BYE-DON".

• Trump tweeted in response to a photo of a slide leaked by a Goodyear employee that purportedly shows that “Black Lives Matter”-branded clothes are acceptable to wear at work but “MAGA attire” is not.

• In a public statement, Goodyear said that it asks its employees to refrain from political campaigning for any political party but allows advocacy for racial justice and equity issues.

Jesusismypilot said:

"Goodyear Tire made the unforgivable mistake of applying it's long term policy of no political statements on clothing allowed at work without making an exception for Maga hats."

Nice lie.

Did you enjoy the dueling speeches yesterday when Sleepy Joe steamrolled Brain Dead Donny?

Biden delivered a long, coherent, topical, devastating for Trump acceptance speech, Trump, again ignored precedent and manners by holding rallies and giving rambling, disjointed speeches at the same time as the Democratic nomination like a two year old screaming for attention at an opera, talking about low flow showers that he says barely drip water, mosquitoes, how he hates sharks, and attacking Joe for moving from his birthplace, accusing the then 10 year old Biden of "Abandoning" Scranton.

You say Biden is losing it?! LMFAHS!!
Trump at his best never held a candle to Biden at his worst. It's going to be hilarious to watch sleepy Joe wipe the floor with Dumb Donald at the debates, Trump can't edit the footage to his advantage there, and gaff to gaff, Biden comes out looking like an adult, but not Trump. How's he going to spin being made a fool by the guy he says is suffering dementia and rapid mental decline?
Kamala V Mike is gonna be a massacre. It should probably be NC17, she's gonna eviscerate him and send him crying to mother.

BTW, did you throw your Goodyear tires away yet? You know Donny said to boycott them because they won't let his people wear maga hats at work. (They don't allow any politics at work, especially campaign clothing). Better get to it, Trump has cancel cultured them, he's counting on you to destroy that American business.

THE BOYS PSA: Wear a F-cking Mask!

Woman kicked off flight for not wearing a mask

SFOGuy says...

It just seems so odd to me. If she's an asymptomatic spreader and she insists on sitting next to people who have to breath her exhalations--I mean--presumably she showered, she's chosen to wear clothes, probably brushed her teeth and used mouthwash---all because that's something we do for each other (in part) --right? So weird. Just wear the mask.

Anti-mask people vs Citizens of Pawnee from Parks and Rec

luxintenebris jokingly says...

goodness. these are my kinda people. easy to taunt w/o them being any the wiser. reasons to not vote for me for the city council.

-every time one steps away, sgt-at-arms aerosols the speaking stand.

-as the loonies start-up, slip from a cloth mask to full PPE.

-ask them to repeat their names, act as if your inking down the info in a notebook, then surreptitious close the notebook.

-the more boisterous ones, keep asking for clarification or for them to speak up. "you're talking to me? oh! heard "scumbag," thought you'd change over to councilperson watson. continue."

-perhaps your own line of innocent questioning, "you live here? you look familiar. are you employed at Thomas Funeral? my mistake...you were at 'scumbag'? oh, that was *looking at notebook* Sarah Blank. go on."

have wanted people to become more politically aware. aware being superlative.
