These girls should not be raped. What the hell is wrong with you people? What they did was very wrong, but that kind of comment is a disgrace.

WTF, how else do you teach people not to cry wolf? One sure way to teach them the importance of such charges is to show them why you don't lie about that shit.

Absolutely right. What these girls did was deplorable, despicable, disgraceful and outright disgusting. But to say they should be raped crosses a line that no citizen in a civil society should ever cross.

That's not justice.

But having their parents pay out the nose for what they could have done had they not been caught on camera, I guess that's justice. I dunno. They certainly should pay, that's for sure, but 60 large seems a bit arbitrary. I personally think they need to do something more... a few thousand hours of community service seems like a nice touch... especially if it includes some lectures to other young women about the consequences of falsely accusing someone of sexual assault.

Jeez, I'd make a terrible judge.

I hope he nails them to the wall (one way or another)

Oh dear...

In all seriousness though, I hope he can bring them to court and win. Not only is it a classless thing to do, they could have also ruined his life over a few bucks.

Don't worry about it. My only concern was that you thought I actually liked that song. It nauseates me too. I still remember when it came out: Right around the beginning of the Iraq War. My older brother got married then, and when I was taking a cab somewhere when I was in Boston (where he lives) the damn cabbie had it playing on the radio. He thought it was a GREAT song, and asked me what I thought of it. All I said was, "Are we almost there?"

Sometimes I think the Obama campaign should make a parody of it, asking people "Have you forgotten?" about what a Bush stooge McCain really is.

That song just makes me nauseous. I had the uncontrollable urge to downvote it before I got to the last line. Sorry. I actually tried to find the song on the sift so I could downvote that too, but it's not on the site. Sorry. Of course I know you were being sarcastic.

Oh, and it looks like I sent my explanatory message to myself somehow.

In reply to this comment by kronosposeidon:
You realize I was being sarcastic when I wrote that comment, right? Because I don't understand your comment downvote.

In reply to this comment by dystopianfuturetoday:
Puke. I'm happy to report that this shitty propaganda song has not been posted on this site.

In reply to this comment by kronosposeidon:
But as Darrell Worley asked, "Have you forgotten?"

They took all the footage off my T.V.
Said it's too disturbing for you and me
It'll just breed anger that's what the experts say
If it was up to me I'd show it everyday
Some say this country's just out looking for a fight
Well, after 9/11 man I'd have to say that's right

God bless John McCain, for using fear to win an election!

Fresh Prince of Halo3

How to handle that annoying Bluetooth phone guy. (CYE)

Quboid says...

Grimm - that's what I mean, it's the volume and not the hardware that's annoying.

Karaidl - well, yes, there have been pompous douches who think it makes them look great, but in reality, as you say, it makes them look like a Backstreet Boy or a telemarketer - or going by bluetooth headset users I've seen most, a taxi or bus driver. But why is this a problem? If it makes you feel special to look like a cabbie, then you deserve pity more than anger.

Fresh Prince of Bel Air Intro

legacy0100 says...

Now this is a story, all about how my life got flipped - turned upside down,
And i'd like to take a minute,
just sit right there,
I'll tell you howI became the prince of a town called Bel-Air

In West Philadelphia,
born an' raised,
on the playground is where i spent mosta my days,
Chillin out, maxin', relaxin' all cool,
An' all shootin some B-ball outside of the school,
When a couple o' guys who were up to no good,
Started makin' trouble in my neighbourhood,
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared,
She said 'You're movin with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air!'

I whistled for a cab and when i came near,
The license plate said 'Fresh',
And had dice in the mirror,
If anything i could say that this cab was rare,
But I thought 'Nah, forget it - Yo, home to Bel-Air!'

I pulled up to the house at bout seven or eight,
I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo home, smell ya later!'
I looked at my kingdom,
I was finally there!
To sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-Air!
