So, with practice, most people can hold their breath far longer than they think. A lot of it has to do with simply remaining calm and comfortable under the water.

For a few weeks, a friend of mine and I practiced holding our breaths under water, just to challenge ourselves.

We both got over 4 minutes before summer ended and we closed the pool.

Bookmarks are acting strangely.

I had this and this bookmarked prior to 3/11. They don't show up in my bookmarks but when I go to the individual pages my name is still listed there as having bookmarked it.

I'm sure there are other pages I've bookmarked but don't know what they are (because they aren't listed in my bookmarks any longer).
