Which one? Any videos/screen shots? I didn't like BioShock series. I want SS3!
And yes, I like Steam and all, but I recommend getting it from www.gog.com if you haven't purchased it yet. Support DRM free gaming.
A little SS2 trvia - Bioshock's level design aesthetics is loosely based around one of the levels in SS2.

LucasArts Remembered
Have you played The Walking Dead, yet? I thought it was a brilliantly made series. Very easy to play and get immersed in. I found myself much more easily absorbed by it than I am finding with Bioshock: Infinite. Sometimes classic adventure games can be annoying with how puzzles are solved, does not happen in The Walking Dead, such a great, heartwrenchingly, fun, fluid game.
For me, it was Star Wars and Outlaws. I am not a fan of adventure games.
The True Science of Parallel Universes
I do not know why, maybe it is because I was playing Antichamber before Bioshock Infinite, but I find this latest Bioshock to be boring even though I realize it is a good game. Just cannot seem to get fully immersed in it.
Anybody been playing Bioshock Infinite?
The True Science of Parallel Universes
I think we're talking about quantum mechanics here and there are aspects there which aren't completely deterministic, or if they are then the information we need to predict what will happen is hidden to us. I suppose its a question of how much impact these quantum phenomena have on our decision making.
I'm not sure which is worse. Is the arc of my life as predicable as the orbit of the planets? Or is there a version of me somewhere that didn't make my mistakes just out of pure chance? Lucky sod.
Heres a video describing the Many Worlds interpretation as well as some of the others. http://youtu.be/ZacggH9wB7Y

I'm no physicist or theorist, but I've always had trouble accepting #3 (and it's many uses in sci-fi), where they say each decision is played out in another universe. But every decision we make is based on circumstance and our own behaviour. Nothing is truly random.
What would make you choose differently? The circumstance would have to be different to begin with, but that would mean you're already in an alternate universe. Where did this one come from?
I dunno, I just don't understand this theory, maybe I'm getting the principle wrong

Portal 1, he compared it to Jesus. Fallout 3, he compared it to thinly spread Branston Pickle. Bioshock, Just cause 2 and Saints Row 2. I can name more if you want. So yeah, quite a few.
so which one of the games was the one he liked? like, ever?

Not sure if I hear Dead Weather, they seem to have a more experimental sound... and have Jack White which equals win, though I prefer the singer in Nico Vega, and I think this song fits the game better than Dead Weather. Shamelss self promote of the song: http://videosift.com/video/Nico-Vega-Beast-Live-On-Fearless-Music
>> ^zaust:
Song sounds like a bad Dead Weather song - turns out it's "Nico Vega".
They should have got the Dead Weather.

Gimme gimme gimme.
Bioshock is still my favourite gaming experience. I am just now playing Bioshock 2.
This may be my reason to finally upgrade my 5 year old pc. It's been able to continue to play the few games I throw at it, but this might finally break it!
Actually you'd be surprised, they are still designing this for the same console that ran Bioshock 1 so they can't exactly push the polygons or textures any more than they did on the first game.
