Frealz. Those late flips and combo grinds were the reasons I sifted this video. As well as that WTF at 2:28 and his recollection of Cardiel's insane attempts at backflipping. Man, what a crazy motherfucker.

Oh wow, I thought you were kidding... there is a hurdle at 50m. I could get him up to 0.5m per second using the knee style. If you keep one of his legs up in the air and mash the alternate leg button he sort of bounces along on one knee. textbook running. I also spent a lot of time trying to get him to do a backflip without success
