The TENORI-ON -- sweetest audio interface ever?
Ok, very awesome indeed, but it's really just a glorified version of this:

... I just spent probably about 2 hours searching for that video, holy crap. Editing tags now!
Anyway, my actual point that I wanted to make was that this isn't the sweetest audio interface ever. ReacTable has that distinction.

Monome 40H demonstrations (links inside)
This is another interesting audio interface (essentially, a USB box of programmable buttons) - more details at Monome website. Originally there's just the 40H (shown in the video) but a larger one has been developed since. A friend bought a 40H a few months ago...It's incredibly simple and flexible (due to the programmable open-source software) - I had a lot of fun with it!
Some more videos are on the official site (linked above), plus: Monome 40H Demo 2 and 7Up software demo for Monome on YouTube.
Toshio Iwai's Tenori-On demonstration at ArtFutura'05 + link
An incredible audio interface device created by Toshio Iwai (funded by Yamaha), the video's audio improves after a minute - the official website is here: at Yamaha's Tenori-On site. The finished device has some interesting abilities, such as wireless communication between devices for collaborative work (there's more videos on the site, above).
