Evidence, and supporting facts had absolutely been presented by both parties, litigated, and stipulated to…years and years of contradictory and fraudulent business records filed with the state under penalty of perjury….it’s what’s known as a prima facie case,

There was a bench trial not a jury trial because Trump did not request a jury until after the penalty phase of trial had started, well beyond the legal deadline.
