Panhandler Prank - Bragging About His Successful LIfe
It's an advert... Not sure if I can do this yet, but *commercial

Either fullscreen it, or have some patience... the problem appears to be the advert at the start doesn't play, but eventually the embed does kick off (or did for me).
Not sure if it's just me, or if the player is broken, but it's telling me the clip is one second long, but nothing actually happens.
What Barbie Would Look Like As A Real Woman
That's the advert at the start not playing correctly. Workaround is as per @entr0py's suggestion... fullscreen it and it works OK.
I found that it did start up eventually, it just took as long as the advert would've taken and then it kicked off.
Ditto. I think two is enough.

Make people despise you: Judge children by their names
I'm not sure she really means this. If it's not her actual opinion (I reckon it isn't) it's basically just viral advertising for the programme. The media do this constantly. Remember that Samantha Brick woman who whipped up a storm last year by writing a column in the Mail about how all other women hated her because she was beautiful? She was a troll, and the Mail's website benefited from all the increased banner ad viewings. This is just the same: making controversy for the sake of pageviews, advert clickthroughs and logo placement. The watercooler effect.
Getting Chased by a Giraffe
Bull giraffe could clomp-n-stomp pretty effectively, not to mention a back-hand with that neck....talk about yer home-run to the left-field adverts![](https://videosift.com/vs5/emoticon/oh.gif)
Advert for CSI Miami ~ Bikini Interrogation
You are aware this was an advert for a t.v. show, and not real, right? Because even through a sarcasm filter, it makes it sound like you're taking this video seriously.
Wow. Abuse of power is totally okay when they're hot?
Downvotes For Adverts (Eia Talk Post)
Here's the real rub:
For myself, I am entertained and otherwise divested from the mundane with a combination all you people here and in my excursions, cooking food, and watching bugs and fire when there's no fuel fer a party nor work to be done, and noodling on various instruments....Don't need to watch an advert to be enthralled or motivated by the simple pleasures of life now do ya??
Rachel Maddow Hammers Home Why Fox News Is Bulls#@!
Comcast sadly, is the only provider with decent speeds for the needs around my general area-All the "G" networks blow for Mbps. Comcast's internet only package is about 10 bucks less than a bundle with cable so.......For the first time in about 30 years, there's television programming in the home.
After about 3 months now, I'll turn the thing on when I am washing dishes and all I do pretty-much is parody the adverts, re-scripting them in my head like I'm working on a pitch.
After so long without any alternative programming than that of my own (save a bit of F.M. radio whilst driving), my bullshit detector (located near the conarium at the cerebral juncture) goes off at the slightest movement of the continental plates in New Zealand.
I see myself doing without the internet in the future as well as mobile devices beyond a basic cellphone-Probably give them all up for a variety of diversions like welding, tending animals, and building all manner of objects d'arte, to sell to folks to put in their homes next to their televisions, or connect to their many devices-
Now you know my 20-year-plan, see you at 68, update in ten....

Muhammad Ali and the shortest poem in the English language
Well, the story is anecdotal anyway, but no, it's not an advert. It wasn't placed in a paper, it was a story crafted in the form of an advert.
Forgive me, but is that not just an advert? I appreciate there is a story behind it, but can it, of itself, be considered a story? After all, every ad has a story behind it. eg; "For sale. Wedding ring. never used."
