How to Handle the Police When You're Videotaping
Wait.... who's running around videotaping things these days? Bet it really throws the cops for a loop when you show up with a camera from the 1990s

Jon Stewart Addresses Russian Dashcam Videos
Just remember to take them off when dealing with any law enforcement, if your state already has rules in place regarding videotaping cops. Can't have you recording what's going on then...gotta "protect and serve" them, not you.
I can't wait until Google Glass is released and people have their face cams running at all times. Gawking at Russian drivers is not enough. I want to gawk everything and everyone.
Interview with Milla Jovovich about The Fifth Element

Romney bragging about Bain Capital days and factory in China
I just came to post this. I was going to use a different title that highlights a different point of view on this absolutely horrendous video, videotaped stealthily.
Romney's blindness to the lies being told him is astounding. His ability to go from describing horrendous working conditions, working for a "pittance" to ACCEPTANCE that his profits generated from those conditions are okay because people are willing to go to work under those conditions is mind-boggling.
Self delusion in the name of profits.
This man cannot be president. Please.

Anti-Gay Protest at General Mills goes wrong
>> ^ReverendTed:
Something tells me it reflects incredibly poor judgement to videotape this act of arson and post it to YouTube.
I know. That's the best part.

Fascinating. Very nice looking.
Anybody else notice the difference in camera framing when interviewing the topless lady versus everybody else? (:
That would probably be because going topless in public is a right, but videotaping it is porn.
Two Girls Detained and Harrased at American Border
The description of this actually contains the line "This is how it all started in early 30's germany." Leave the drama to the college underclassmen, the Jews and gypsies weren't persecuted for not handing over their car keys. A videotape of the whole episode would be helpful, although it's not likely available. This video is only one half of the testimony, let's not be so easily manipulated.
The content industry has made everybody a pirate.
I don't think he's talking about the common definition of a pirate. If things don't change (and this has happened already), you will be a pirate for recording your sons 5th birthday while everyone sings Happy Birthday and uploads it to Youtube. Ooops! Copyright infringement.
Videotaping crowds of people at a state fair, the petting zoo, carnival attractions and there's a band playing a coversong at a venue at the fair. Their playing is picked up in your video. Pop! Pirate.
A girl decides to embarrass he boyfriend and secretly videotapes him singing horribly in the shower. Can't do that! Didn't pay a license fee to post that video.
Taping your babys first steps and happen to have the TV on in the background. The audio (and maybe some video) is captured and you get your video taken down due to a copyright claim.
All is as it should be, right?
Cop Flips Out When Told He Can't Search Car Without Warrant

With the drivers previous conviction for drugs, 'probable cause' should have been the first words out of the officers mouth. Stupid video.
If you read any of the comments it is a joke/fake video. The drunk preacher cop skit they videotaped was funnier.
The Matrix - Twilight Zone 1985
Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag. (show it anyway)
I remember that episode with the morphing words - it made an impression on me too. I've even told my kids about it.
This one wasn't too bad for its time. Interesting that the glitches looked a lot like analog videotape errors. Different visual cues for a different time. There was a whole alternate universe in that guys matrix-stache.

I have this episode burned into my brain as it was one of a few 80s Twilight Zone episodes the my dad had taped off the tv, so I watched this, plus the one where the man slowly loses the ability to speak english (to him and us it starts seeming like everyone is using the wrong words for things), and one where a food critic does a bad review of a Chinese Restaurant and is doomed to eternally eat there when he gets a bad fortune cookie.
Yup, that's it for me and the Twilight Zone of the 80s, just those stories, burned in there!

Gotta agree with QM here. No way you can tell me she'll show her daughter a video and still be proud of her work. No freakin way. That alone makes it wrong imo.
I wouldn't want to show my daughter a video of the act that resulted in her conception. By your logic, that means the sexual act which brought her life into the world is also wrong and shameful.
No, the fact that you videotaped it is.
Man pulls over cop for speeding
It scared me to think of the crap this guy was going to have to go through. But I loved it. Cops deserve this. The fact that this particular cop "seemed ok" is beside the point.
More power to those who videotape cops, it's a great way to at least try to keep them in line.
Of course, there are laws in the works to prevent citizens from videotaping them. They like to keep their bullying under cover.
The folks talking about how unsafe the fast driving is probably need some testosterone in their breakfasts, methinks. Take a just a little the first three weeks of every month. Do you good.
