If the pedals were hooked up to a flywheel, and this in turn was connected to the leg movement mechanism it would remove a lot of the friction they're facing with each rotation. He’s also saying to expect major cuts to Medicaid, social security, and any assistance programs for the poor if he’s president again, losing him a big chunk of his elderly base that survive on those benefits they spent a lifetime paying into.
