That's only true if the cops had reason to be there in the first place. Which brings me to another problem, the issuance of search warrants without due diligence by judges. Proposed amendment to the 4th should be

The minimum penalty for a wrongful death shall be a charge of manslaughter. Furthermore any property damages, including livestock, or household pets, shall also warrant appropriate restitution and punishment.

They lied about the shooting, they haven't said whether they found drugs or not. I'm inclined, as I always am, to not believe a word of what an officer says; let alone the organization they work for.

In short, full on criminal investigation into every, fucking, one of the bastards. The people deserve, no, are guaranteed the right to be safe in their persons, and properties.

Except that the typical "cop apologists" go by facts instead of hearsay or speculation--the kind of speculation that you would attribute falsely to us. We do note that such a scenario is a possibility and when in doubt the cop should have the he-said she-said benefit of the doubt; but when evidence is presented otherwise, we say fry the cop, we say fry this cop. We also note that the cop is not acting within the law, that he is a thug and gangster at the point that he breaks the law...

Now, unlike the typical cop-haters, most of us do admit that cops abuse power (Cop haters for the most part cannot side on the right side, they side on their side. Kind of like racists...)

The real problem with thugverment has been its devolution from guardian of the rule of law to an indefensible, unaccountable gangster leviathan with none of the charm of the real mafia.

Heres a bit of the dialog, the two guys are brothers, one of them is a gangster type (Harald) guy and the other one (arvid)is a bit of a boring guy working in a bank, so the bankguy gets hit in the head earlier in the movie with a bottle)

Harald explains that since arvid is a banker, the worst thing you can do is hit him in the head. so he asks what the attacker does and Arvid says he plays guitar.

Harald:"Then the worst thing you can do to him is to shoot him in the hand, right?"

Harald:"You also have to think about all the other people he can hit in the head with a bottle."

Harald:"You actually have a duty to do it."

Harald:"y'know what I'm saying?"

Quite honestly, my theory is that people don't have a problem with homosexuality per se, it's that perception that homosexuality = weakness. It's that gender role reversal that has people scared IMO where boys act like girls and girls act like men. In all honesty. That's one thing I still don't really get about homosexuality. What exactly about being homosexual makes a man TALK like a girl? In all honesty, it's that stereotypical flamboyant, effeminate "fabulous" archetype that freaks people out. Chances are, you know someone who is homosexual but they simply act straight so you don't even know it. It's that perception that all homosexuals secretly dress up in BDSM attire and are fabulous interior decorators.

It's the same damned thing with black people. which stereotype causes the most fear for the average american? The assimilated black person who talks like a white person, or the guy dressed as a gangster with heavy ebonics-laden speech? IMO being black per se, or being homosexual per se has almost nothing to do with it. If a straight man started acting flamboyant and effeminate, people would be freaked out about that too. Kids with no strong male role models are perceived to be momma's boys and are picked on...it's the same thing.

Fight those stereotypes and I bet you anything people would accept homosexuality a lot more.
