I was kind of thinking the same thing however I havent seen any evidence that leads me to whether it is or not either way its a pretty convincing fake if it indeed is.

Nope, that's not better either... man, if someone is going to do a fake voice for him, why not try to show how they could have made him quite tolerable with a far less silly voice than in the movie. This is just another type of silly voice.

Do him with a voice that's not ridiculous and I think most of the hate for Jar Jar would fade.

ARRGGHH! Another person who cant finish a sentence. He at first sounded like he was working on his voice, trying to loose the valley speech. He slipped into an english accent ( Maddonna!) at times.
He was almost making some sense when he dropped the fake voice/tone, but then, he stopped and stuttered. His programming priorty is, voice first , then content and grammar.
He reminds me of Tom Cruise, another famous incoherent blowhard. Is Keanu a scientologist? He seems caught up on words.

Um...I don't think this is Nova. Notice the difference in the speaking voices? Also, 90% of the what the announcer is saying seems to be written by an amateur and not a writer.

Notice the voice change around 20 seconds in to the actual Nova voice-over...then goes back to the "fake" voice around 30 seconds into the video.

So, I may be a little slow...but is this video re-done by a bunch of 911 conspiracy theorists trying to disprove Nova, or is it being pushed that Nova produced this whole segment with the changing voices?
