Trudeau says Canadians are angry
Canada and Mexico should not pause their tariffs, and should add 100% export taxes to Canadian energy (so America pays and Canada keeps the money). America cannot keep the lights on without it, we will pay anything to keep it coming, and the Canadians know it, just like Mexico knows we can’t keep food on the shelves without Mexican produce (soon exclusively since American farms can’t find workers to be able to produce produce).
The stupidest trade war in history is an apt name for this fiasco. Every penny doge could ever save has been squandered already with the losses this intentional commercial uncertainty has caused, and the negative effects are just beginning.
JoĢrmungandr: Norse Leviathan Attacks
I couldn't concentrate on that because I was wondering where all that water falling into the 'hole' was going. Maybe it was being pumped out somewhere by the creature's body, but why, and how would it get that much energy from a ship.
Also, ship horn signals were wrong. And what exploded so quickly? And how did the cruise ship maintain integrity?
<sigh> sometimes being a geek means missing the point.

Yep. Getting old sucks.
I don’t recommend it.
I tried it for a decade.
I gave it up, got high energy dogs I have to walk 3-5 miles a day, lost 45 lbs, and I’m in better shape than high school now. I recommend dogs.
I used to hate turn based when I was younger. Now that I am an old slow busy fart, I love them. I can't do these quick reflex and grinding games like I used to. Yeah, computer gaming can be expensive and a lot of work! I don't like the controllers for consoles due to my disabilities. I prefer huge clicky keyboards and mouses that doesn't require me to hold. With my iPhone, I have to use a 360 degrees finger ring holder to hold on my left hand and then my one finger/antenna to input! Also, my hands gets achy and tired from holding too long!

The campaign has conceded New Hampshire.
It is driving the felon nuts. He’s having a major tantrum right now denying everything under the sun, attacking everyone he knows.
The wish washy coward also conceded the debate, again, afraid his dementia and incontinence and lack of knowledge will be on full display and contrasted sharply against Kamala’s sharpness, youthful energy, intelligence, achievements, and knowledge …he’s correct. Kamala would wipe the floor with him. Better to give her a free 2 hour commercial on all networks than expose the sundowning fool.
(On the sundowning note, it has been noticed that the campaign has chosen almost exclusively sundown towns to hold rallies…sundown town are where it was the law (despite violating federal law) that non whites were not allowed after sundown and would be lynched. It’s not coincidence, it is a distinct intentional pattern and not subtle dog whistle.)
He’s again calling for a government shutdown because he’s losing the election and completely out of cash (Harris is outspending him 10-1 in states where he’s spending anything, and many have been conceded completely) and is too dumb to understand that proving your complete and total incompetence and inability to legislate right before an election is not smart.
Issac Hayes estate won their injunction, forcing him to stop playing “hold on, I’m coming” and will win their suit for millions in damages for misuse of his work, dozens of other similarly abused music stars will follow….then Swift may sue for a billion over the fake endorsement he created.
Prison is going to be his end so fast. I give him under 2 years behind bars before he dies of natural causes…well under.
The Worlds Most Powerful Tidal Turbine
I’ve been sad it isn’t much farther along for decades.
As a green energy source it’s near perfection. Essentially unlimited “free” power with 100% predictability with near zero drawbacks besides transmission bottlenecks. Paired with hydro/gravity storage (use the power to pump water to a high pond then generate it back during slack tides) it’s the ultimate green power dream.
We should have these in every river mouth and every inlet affected by tides. So much wasted free energy.
DAMN! Why didn't I think of that!
What Happens Now That Biden Dropped Out?
The assassin is a MAGGOT. It was Trump’s teams assasination plan, idiot, hoping to replace the loser with someone palatable and not bat shit crazy…that’s why his own security team allowed so many blatant indefensible failures. They missed, so they cut his ear for sympathy hoping to at least gain him a few votes…it failed he’s lost many…there’s no real injury at all just an ear diaper. None. (On a side note, it’s hilarious that the same people who wouldn’t wear a mask for public safety or to end lockdowns sooner because it made them look silly will wear a sanitary napkin on their head to emulate great leader’s tiny ear scratch 😂)
If it had been successful and a real Republican candidate emerged with the sympathy for the last candidate’s assassination, Republicans would likely have beaten Biden easily, especially if their candidate was 60 or under. Trump is like Clinton, he draws votes for the opposition more than himself.
Yes, the people, the money people, and the super pacs already overflowing with cash to defeat the felon are 100% behind Harris, she already has more delegates than needed for the nomination, and between her and one superpac she has raised $240 million in 24 hours after the announcement, mostly small donations despite tricks like Elon blocking access to her campaign page. This is on top of the $240 million in Bidens super pac that will soon be hers.
It’s hilarious to hear the right try to paint a career successful prosecutor who in just one case recovered $18 billion for consumers, AG, multi term Senator, and VP as a puppet with no experience and no accomplishments but their candidate, a jr 2 year senator with no other experience (who will end up as president as soon as Trump pardons himself, sells a few billion in state secrets, and decides he’s tired of president ing and retires) and no accomplishments at all besides a book lambasting Appalachians like his mother as weak minded lazy drug addicted welfare queens and called Trump “America’s Hitler” before spinning 180 degrees is fine, not an inexperienced “yes man” puppet.
Joe is the most successful president in our lifetime, avoiding a depression Trump steered us into and cut the brakes before leaving, ending Covid, rescuing American manufacturing and (unfortunately) oil production, making America not just energy independent but an exporter, rescuing gdp from a negative, rescuing jobs better than every Republican president in my lifetime combined, even if you remove the massive negative that was Trump’s record (worst ever in history by far), slowed immigration significantly during the season when it normally explodes (despite Republicans blocking bipartisan border security measures), saving NATO from the likes of Trump, saving Ukraine from Putin (and now returning Crimea) which Trump would stop day one, reaffirming our support of Taiwan (which Trump would let China have), reaffirming our support of S Korea (which Trump will let N Korea have out of fear of nukes). Trump is the puppet president, fool, but the strings all lead to foreign dictators.
Joe stayed in until his planned Trump assassination attempt failed.
If successful then Joe would have be an easy win.
Since it failed Joe came up with "COVID" as an excuse to step out.
Now the $ people will put up KH as not to rock the boat until the Dem Convention and possible swap her out.
If kept they will puppet string control her just like they have been doing with JOE.

You don’t have to tell your kids anything because they won’t speak to you….
PS- felons cannot have a liquor license…so no more drinking at the golf course or Mar a Lago. New Jersey is already in the process of pulling the license from 3 courses, more to follow. That’s gonna really hurt, the bar is the cash cow in country clubs. Trust me, I know. 😂
The Maga argument has become ‘Convicted felon Trump is too old to sit in prison, but not too old to perform with strength and energy the most important job in the world.’ 100% sure you agree and don’t see any contradiction.
PPS- Hunter convicted, President Biden has ruled out a pardon…compare with the previous, now disgraced felon president who pardoned dozens of his cabinet for serious felonies against America and insists he should get a pardon for his own crimes…can even you convince yourself he would 1)allow his DOJ to prosecute his own son or 2) refrain from immediately pardoning him? You probably can, you are that gullible.
Are you as excited as him
I would be that excited if someone bought one for me. They’re nearly $600!
I have a McNab and a Malinois, both extremely high energy. I could use help wearing them out, especially when it’s raining.

Another bought “whistleblower” indicted for lying to the FBI about the Bidens.
An FBI informant whose allegations have been cited by congressional Republicans was charged on Thursday with lying about the supposed business dealings of President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden.
Special Counsel David Weiss alleges that Alexander Smirnov, 43, told an FBI agent he spoke with the owner of Ukrainian energy company Burisma – on whose board Hunter Biden sat – about the company’s desire to do business in the United States."
He has been officially charged with making up all the accusations he made against either Biden.

A cat, trying to drink water from a kettle
I thought the same thing but remembered water seeks its own level
“Water seeks its own level” is an expression referring to the fact that if water is free to move than all surfaces exposed to the atmosphere will be at the same height. That is the lowest energy state; potential energy is released when water at a higher point flows down into the depression
If only the lid were sealed his blowing through the spout would have pushed the water up the spout where he could drink. HALP HIM HOOMAN!

NDT Explains Why 2023 Climate Models Failed
Media(and even some of the vocal scientists trying to urge action) have been guilty of overstating confidence in climate modelling. Which is more or less what they are agreeing on in the video.
The IPCC summary of state of the art climate modelling, and virtually ALL published papers on various climate models agree that the unknown and poorly modelled aspects of our climate are larger than the known influence of CO2.
That is to say, the physical modelling largely operates on energy in and out from the Sun and then playing out how changes in that energy balance operate. The thing is, that energy budget is enormous, and the number of factors at play are even larger and dynamic to make it more fun. The influence of CO2 in the energy budget is one of the relatively straightforward elements, and so we've got a pretty good and confident assessment of how much it impacts energy balance. The problem with climate modelling, is that the CO2 impact is smaller than the errors and unknowns in many other factors in the model including clouds.
Which is all saying that our climate modelling is hard, and even though we know CO2 changes are pushing the energy balance up, our modelling of the energy balance is still not good enough to accurately predict energy balance changes. That means we've got a giant 'all other things being equal' qualifier on model projections because if cloud behaviour changes based on temperature, we KNOW that our errors there are larger than the influence of CO2.
Modellers have been trying to draw attention to this nuance, but it's been deemed inconvenient to persuading the public to act and thus ignored by many pushing for action. The almost inevitable side effect though is that over time the reality of the models inaccuracy will play out and the public is gonna be asking why 'science' was wrong.
All About Factory Turn Arounds
Um….not always.
When a refinery shuts down, whether for scheduled maintenance, necessary repairs, or strategic supply and demand price rigging, gas prices just go up instantly. The oil and gas company doesn’t lose money from the down time, often they make more money because of it.
Look at Enron, that’s exactly what they did for years, intentionally created planned energy shortages and price gouged.
Somehow I feel like the information she’s relaying is not the reason for the post….or votes.
Republicans Start Telling The Truth
but this is a ruse too.
the split between two halves of the same esurient pack of jackals can only be a gift IF they spend their energy against each other to allow their quarry to reevaluate their situation (escape).
'tho some of those on a smoking pile of manure end up burning.

They need weights in the cars so they weigh as much as the camera car. It’s starting with way more potential energy, so it’s no surprise it passes almost every car every time. Weighted noses would help stop spin outs too.
I’m always impressed with the image quality from a camera that can fit on a match box car without making it flop right over.
