Lol! Even Trump's pardons are less than worthless.

Kushner's friend Ken Kurson who installed spyware on his ex wife's computer to cyber stalk her and stole and used her passwords and harassed and threatened people including witnesses and court officials during their divorce was pardoned by Trump because spying on and stalking your ex and threatening the courts is something he's done and understands.

Too bad it's also a state crime in New York where he did it, and the supreme court already ruled that prosecuting in a different venue is not double jeopardy. They also ruled that accepting a pardon is legally admitting guilt. That means any crimes Trump pardoned (there's thousands) that are also state crimes can not only still be prosecuted, the defendants have already admitted guilt in a legally binding way.

D'oh! Say goodbye to the Trump crime syndicate.

Holy shit.
Did you know that three weeks ago cyber ninjas actually admitted they had installed malware into Maricopa voting machines?
I knew the machines had been invalidated after cyber ninjas had them because of fears that in their incompetence this could have happened, now it seems cyber ninjas knew it had happened (it looks intentional) but didn't admit it until three weeks ago.
These guys are the right's best digital security people?

And what did we get for this $3 million mistake? A review that any competent middle schooler could have done better, would have made fewer mistakes, and wouldn't have destroyed an entire county’s voting equipment, and wouldn't have been a dishonest tool for Trump making outrageous and completely false claims that can be debunked within an hour.
Their Twitter accounts are suspended for lying.

Now consider, cyber ninjas was demanding access to dmv computers, police, sheriff, county, and state computer systems and routers, even health care records...and would have infected every state owned system had they been given access. They want to repeat this in every county Trump lost....destroying the voting ability of any county that went to Biden. Just to replace the routers in one county would cost $6 million....and because there's a severe computer chip shortage, it would take up to multiple years to buy and install them, during which time they couldn't vote.

I think it's time to audit all counties that voted for Trump, because any county that would elect him has something seriously wrong, and because all the actual fraud found has been by his voters. If some malware disenfranchises all those voters in the next election, it will only be in an effort to secure the vote, so no foul, just like the targeted anti voting rights laws you guys are enacting to disenfranchise tens of millions of voters.

Keep in mind, Democrats have sponsored uncountable bills to safeguard the election systems nationwide, republicans wouldn’t even consider a single one. They aren’t interested in a fair vote, a safe vote, or a secure vote…only a Republican vote by any means. They’ve said so publicly uncountable times….if every eligible American has the opportunity to vote, “ you’d never have a Republican elected in this country again,”-DJ Trump

LMFAHS!!
Dicks are always dumb, just look at Trump, biggest dick (with the smallest misshapen penis) dumbest and worst president ever by far, that's why smarter people use their big head for thinking. You might try it someday.

Know nothing Don couldn't read a script, couldn't say English words, couldn't complete a thought. President Biden has him beat by an easy 40 IQ points, likely more. It would be no surprise at all to find that Biden's IQ is more than double dumb Donald's. Donald Trump dumb-dumb dumb-dumb, President Biden Smart, smart-smart 🎵
Take it from someone who DID graduate from middle school.

Derp.
I'm not paying any extra. California gas prices didn't go up because Trump left all critical infrastructure totally unprotected from cyber attacks because he doesn't understand computers at all....only the East coast got hosed by Russian hackers and oil companies who do the bare minimum of safeguards. You know them Sergei?

read your comments, watched the video.

video brought back a memory of a time when someone brought in their computer. apparently, this person had visited some German band's website, the band then hacked into the person's machine, and now the German musicians were spying on them. with further questioning, the band had somehow also managed to place hidden cameras inside that person's home.

I was dubious.

get the same vibe from all the data you've provided.

the difference was they asked for help, and we helped them get help. wish that for you, too.

Now we know it was not just Democratic senators Trump had investigated to try to blackmail them, but multiple reporters were tapped to try to find their sources for embarrassing articles they published about Trump, and even "tapping" the phones and computers of his own council, who he had directed to lie to congress, in order to keep tabs on what he was really telling people about Trump's criminal activities.

The excuse they came up with was trying to find "leakers" who gave the press embarrassing facts about the administration....not even a crime. Better, what they found was nothing. No evidence against the democrats they were secretly surveilling or their families or employees or their families had done anything illegal.

Of course, Sessions and Barr deny any knowledge of these dozens of personal secret investigations their department was performing at Trump's direction, which is absolutely asinine. These liars knew from day one and had to personally authorize all these illegal fishing trip investigations of Trump's enemies list and their friends, families, and co workers at Trump's order.

"They tapped my phone! They tapped my phone! This is just like Watergate!" Insisting that anyone involved should be in prison long term. All bullshit. Trump's phones weren't tapped, only payments coming from Russia's government were being looked at as part of an investigation of Russian election interference. Tellingly, this outraged and terrified Trump.
This Trump enemies list investigation, however, was a purely personal vendetta by the president abusing the power of government agencies to embarrass and influence his political rivals by directly investigating them over non crimes in a fishing expedition that extended to family and co-workers looking for dirt, not crimes, and not as part of any legitimate investigation. Anyone involved should go to prison long term. Just one more criminal case for Trump to defend against. He'll be dead long before he's done defending himself against serious charges...let's hope his family was involved personally so maybe some of the criminals won't escape responsibility.

Remember how outraged Trump was that "Obama tapped my phone!", which was actually not true, but he never stopped claiming it happened and that Obama himself should go to prison for it?

Well, no surprise, like everything Trump gets outraged over, he was actually directing his heads of the DOJ to secretly tap Democratic senators phones and computers....

"The Justice Department in 2018 secretly subpoenaed Apple for the data of two Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Adam B. Schiff (Calif.) and Rep. Eric Swalwell (Calif.), as well as the data of their current and former staffers and family members." This included minor family members.

This was a pure political fishing trip, hunting for something to accuse the senators of to bring up before the midterm election.

Once again, Trump is guilty of what he complains about. It's so consistent that it's a great indicator that he personally defrauded the election because he keeps claiming others did....and what do you know, all evidence of fraud found was Republican frauds, all designed to help diaper Don, the biggest loser....your hero.

I have another suggestion - if the computer is on, check the charge level of the 12V battery, and turn on the the system to charge it occasionally... Just drain the big high-voltage battery a tiny bit, what's the big deal?

Why should college be free

spawnflagger says...

Don't know this Stossel guy (seems like a tool), but was always a fan of Mike Rowe, and also his initiative to get more workers in the trades.

I've seen plumbers (2-yr degree + certification) with higher hourly rates than lawyers (8-yr degree + bar exam). I also know a guy who makes more now as a general contractor than he did as a DBA (B.S. in Computer Science).
I think part of this is supply & demand- not as many tradespeople so the wages go up to hire those willing, and the cost of higher wages gets passed on to the customer.

But the point of this video isn't "should you go to college?", it's "the liberals want hard-working people to pay for college for all these liberal students", which is a false premise and why I can't upvote it.

I think community college should be taxpayer-funded for those students who want more than just high school. (but they should have to maintain certain GPA to remain free)
As far as other private Universities, they should be able to charge for it. Colleges that receive Federal or State money should have a cap on the rate that tuition can increase per year (maybe based on inflation). Over the past 20 years, most college tuition has gone up way more than inflation or wages.

Rather than student-loan forgiveness, I'd rather see a federal program that will help those students who couldn't finish school go back and get their degree (where it will pay for itself) or get a different degree. Most of this sub-$10k student debt they talk about is for students who never got their degree.

Cheerleader's mom sent deepfake videos to allegedly harass..

newtboy says...

Why isn’t she charged with spreading child porn? The girls were under 18, she made videos of them naked and spread them around. She should do a few years per picture and be on the sex offender registry for life...also should be banned from using computers or electronic communications.
The spoofing her identity is good evidence she knew it was against the law. I hope they don’t let her use the excuse she didn’t know it was wrong, because clearly she did.
Now the poor Karen is upset she’s being harassed?! Just wait until you get to gen pop and the word gets out it’s for making fake kiddy porn, biatch!
I hope those girls get every dime she owns in their defamation lawsuits and then some.

The whole point of the Section 230 debate is that Youtube has no liability, just like Videosift is not liable for any of our comments. Youtube would have been sued out of existence long ago if that wasn't the case.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_230

"No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider."

The world you live in must be scary, where everything that happens is some evil conspiracy where people and companies are willing to hurt themselves in order to do evil. You actually just accused YouTube of wanting child molesters to keep molesting!?!

🤦‍♂️

Just maybe, this guy has accused some innocent people of child molesting without verifiable proof, ruining their lives for likes on his channel.
If one of the people he accused without a conviction to back him up sued YouTube, or even threatened to, it would be the only smart move to remove him from the platform. That kind of accusation is worth tens of millions if unproven.
YouTube doesn’t want to be liable for someone else’s life ruining accusations.
