Like I mentioned, Forbes economists all expect further TESLA stock decline, one expects it to reach $25 a share, but you know better. (If profits hold, I say $50 is realistic).

You again pretend you didn’t know that the big 3 spent tens of billions tooling up for ev production lowering their profits while Tesla has drastically slowed expansion (boosting profits) since they can already produce more than twice what they can sell and because their operating capitol has evaporated…and still their profits are shrinking like a shrinkydink in a volcano. 11% buddy. Um…operating margin dropped FROM 19% to 11%. Operating capitol dropped even more. Price drops aren’t improving slumped sales. Massive recalls are not only making customers unhappy, they are turning off new customers. Poor construction is not up to industry standards and new non Teslas are. Drivers assist has just been convicted on a $3 million injury/damage claim (with more in the pipeline while other companies roll out theirs.
Worst of all is Elon himself, who decided to become a public personality figure, exposing his far right politics to his left leaning customer base, his willingness to take any government handout while decrying them at every turn, his unbelievably bad business sense, his douchbaggyness and constant hypocrisy, and his penchant to pretend his best case scenario is a guaranteed future. He, more than any two factors combined, is responsible for the slump in sales and crash of Tesla and Twitter.

I can’t imagine what China will do. They absolutely won’t allow an American company to put millions of cameras in China that the company can access and record just like we won’t let them sell Chinese cell phones in America for the same reason. Tesla employees are claiming that, at least from 2019-2022 they and others routinely accessed and shared private videos from customer car cameras including captured nudes and sex, road rage incidents, speeding through neighborhoods, and footage inside homes and garages including inside Elon Musk’s garage…shared widely between employees for fun.
Of course, Elon/Tesla for years had insisted this COULD never happen and WOULD never happen. Another broken promise from Elon. This one a MASSIVE problem, requiring you to cover your car in a sound proof garage for any privacy.
This sounds like a major privacy issue for Tesla in America especially since the cameras record audio on private property which is usually a crime, and I can’t imagine what China is going to do. They might recall every Tesla in China as a national security risk.

Was there really a commercial in Japan that ran for more than 3 minutes on TV? I'm used to seeing shorter 15-30 second videos in the States. The car commercials that I usually see are unappealing and never have a any sort of positive impact on me. In fact many make me dislike the company for how they are attempting to manipulate the viewer. Not saying i'd be more inclined to buy a Toyota after watching this but i payed attention and i enjoyed it. So i guess they succeeded with me in some way.

Possible scenarios:
1. Freak accident, no one is liable.
2. Truck owner is liable, but only because they modified their car from manufacturer spec?
3. Truck manufacturer is liable, faulty construction?
4. State or federal government is liable because of something in the road that make the truck's tire fall off.
5. After market kit provider or after market kit installer is liable because their modification lead to the failure that caused the tire to come off.

I wonder how it all worked out.
