Oh! The Places You'll Go at Burning Man!
The Good Doctor might possibly have been thinking about Burning Man when he wrote that last book. It is perfect!

TDS - The 99 Percent with John Oliver
>> ^Peroxide:
Isn't the essence of democracy, that it includes every person's voice, whether they have face paint and funny hand gestures or not?
Not just the voice of the "normal people" who own 8 fast food franchises and pay their employees minimum wage, while selling a product that makes people sick and destroys the rainforest and the climate?
I want the face painted freaks to have as much of a say in their country as the millionaires and billionaires,
Because, frankly, one of those groups is morally and ethically bankrupt, and the other group just happens to be visually and socially awkward.
I agree with you 100% @Peroxide - I think the point of this bit is that the people who they're trying to influence are dismissing their ideas because they're acting like they're at Burning Man.
American Juggalo
So the description made me think twice about what I would find in this video. After all, I recently had a change of heart about Burning Man and dispelled some of my preconceptions of what actually went on there because I had met so many douches that were obsessed with it.
At reading that the jugalo "subculture" is "misunderstood" I thought I might be educated in a similar way.
Woman showing her tits for a buck.
Idiot who felt the world was without anything nice until he came to this idiocy and found "titties and weed."
Six-months-pregnant woman smoking and probably drunk/high/everything else...
I disagree with calling jugalos "misunderstood." I think this video pretty much confirmed what most people think when they think jugalo.
Burners Without Borders vs Hurricane Katrina Disaster

Really good stuff. I'm going to make it to Burning Man eventually.
Any goal containing the word "eventually" is almost certainly guaranteed to remain incomplete.
I plan to include this nugget in the book I will eventually publish.
