I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING #shorts

luxintenebris says...

was gonna say, "ew" 'cause cats roll in dirt, deal in vermin and often bring down government drones (birds aren't real).

reasons for the adverse are; licking a - cat - one might expose themselves to Ted Nugent Syndrome (aka Cat Scratch Fever), ring worm, T. gondii, Salmonella or Campylobacter.

the potential symptoms run along the spectrum of flu-like symptoms, serve diarrhea, stomach cramps, fungus among us, and associated risk with a number of neurological disorders – particularly schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. [having your cat drag in one of those black-op drones is way uncool too]

'tho obvious - can't stop - EWWW!

George H.W. Bush, American War Criminal

bcglorf says...

I'm guessing there's a non-zero chance that the kind of black-ops missions under Obama(getting bin-laden, drone hits on taliban leaders in Pakistan). Aren't being brought to the commander in chief as regularly these days. I know there's plenty of actions they likely can't take without the President's sign off, but you ahve to imagine that anytime they aren't obligated to do otherwise they are trying to keep their ops off twitter.

Has Trump instigated any new mass murdering?
Like, I'm not counting from military actions from troops already in-theatre. Non-status quo.

I mean, has he gone "Hey, lets bomb the shit out of Syrians. They're like the Mexicans of Eastern Europe, aren't they? No? Oh ok, nuke Turkey."

I mean, even Obama escalated actions and robo-killed hundreds (thousands?).

I mean, for all the sleaze and stupidity, has he done anything "war criminal"-ish?

Military will refuse to obey unlawful orders from Pres Trump

bcglorf says...

@newtboy and @Dragen_Jager

My main point is just in agreement with Hayden, that given a grossly illegal and unpalatable order like targeting women and children just because of who they are related to is something that America's current top brass would say no to.

That said, in existential wars there is no such things as a war crime any more. Or at the least, the definition will be written by the victors(Fire bombing Dresden and Tokyo, or nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki).

Furthermore, what is approved in a 'black ops' sense has IMO always been something that America and every other nation has done, and again with the only meaningful rule being that it be effective and secret and/or deniable. Hence my ask the CIA quip,

Let's talk about *Promote (Sift Talk Post)

Something is most defiantly broken
Is it possible to switch back to the old way of doing promotes untill we come up with something better?

Zero Punctuation: Medal of Honor Warfighter & Doom 3 BFG

Gutspiller says...

Better than all those WWII shooters though IMO. TBH I like the modern shooters, and I'm looking forward to the dash of futuristics in Black Ops 2.

Warfighter is reviewed as a shit game though, so if you are taking that as the standard of modern shooters, it would be a bad representation of modern shooters.

CoD is killing the genre by not updating their graphic engine though.

>> ^charliem:

Fairly well spot on. Modern shooters have had their run in the sun. Nothing but tripe now, done to death.

you know i have no interest in changing how you believe or perceive the world around you.
your faith is your own but please put a tad bit more time into rebuttals when concerning my posts.
apply to boston university and get your degree.i hear their theology courses are top notch.
ooooor continue to play whack a mole with every post, comment or inference that challenges your world view based on limited religious and biblical understandings.
i am sorry if that offends or hurts you but i read your posts and it is painfully obvious that you dont know what you are talking about concerning religious history.

Player Gets 15,000th Tomahawk Kill in Black Ops

Deano says...

>> ^SDGundamX:

He's banking knife throws off ceilings and walls. Also, gravity affects the knife and tomahawk, so not only do you have to lead the target but you have to take that into account as well, making the distance shots he pulls off pretty impressive. Plus, he got these 15,000 kills in one week of playtime (see the original YT description). I'd say that's pretty damn skillful.
/shrug
But maybe I'm a noob and everybody else can do that easily.
>> ^Deano:
Anyone have an opinion on how skilful this is? I always thought COD wasn't the most skilful of games, more geared to a broader audience who don't appreciate large skill gaps.
Bottom line - is this really skillful?

Seriously 15k in one week? I've got thousands of kills in Reach but over several months. He must be chained to his console with a bucket nearby.

New Rainbow Six game portrays OWS as terrorists

cosmovitelli says...

I gave up on Clancy when I was 16. I don't remember which book it was but there was a scene at the start where two full grown US military spook types meet in a bar somewhere in SE Asia, Bangkok maybe. They have a 'some damn fool said you were the best' type conversation then start good naturedly sparring with their knives, as you do. He describes the 'whirling, twisting' playfight -- for AGES (with a full on army boner no doubt).

Then he adds that a crowd (of natives) had gathered and were whooping and cheering them on delightedly. When the boys (let's call them JAKE and CLINT) have got it out of their system the crowd disperse, sad the fun is over. Then our heroes get back to planning who the US gov wants them to go and assassinate.

Clancy deals in right wing wet dreams. Interesting that his lot are starting to sell the same bullshit but now against US citizens - OWS. Couldn't play this game though. Pretending to shoot Castro in the head at the start of Black Ops made me feel queasy already. I mean Castro is a royal dick but millions of kids being taught to shoot real people by intellectually and morally questionable GAMES PRODUCERS?

All a bit dark.
