Ozzy Man Reviews: Destination Cucked! - Cybertruck Fails #2
Nice try….but for Ford that exposure to the elements exclusion is limited to cosmetic damage to paint trim and interior, not the drive train parts like a Tesla…and didn’t include light.
And notice “uneven, rough, damaged, or hazardous surfaces, unfinished roads, (read as any dirt road regardless of condition) , or any purpose for which the vehicle was not designed” (which is anywhere off pavement or parked outside or any truck activity in teslas) are NOT listed as not covered in the Ford warranty, only intentional misuse or abuse.
OMG! The part you mentioned about not covering you driving through a car wash is spelled out to mean if you hit something…”accidents collisions or objects striking the vehicle ( including driving through a car wash)”, not about it getting wet…the Tesla voids the entire car if you don’t go into car wash mode to wash it and if you use any pressurized water, or get any water through the bad “seals”, or don’t immediately dry it.
Why are you trying so hard to misrepresent easily read warranties to pretend Teslas or their warranties are like the others…they aren’t. It’s clear.
Elon? Is that you?
From the F-150 warranty:
"misuse of the vehicle, such a driving over curbs, overloading, racing or using the vehicle as a permanent stationary power source"
And right above that part it says it won't cover you driving through a car wash.
For the same wind and water environment exclusion take a look at page 18.

Performative outrage against non-issues is amazingly common these days, but maybe it's always been that way. I can just hear an old lady on Little House on the Prairie exclaiming "Oh my, well I never!"
I really need a vacation.
To be fair, if Adam Rose has been the site manager for those dozens/hundreds of accidents then he probably should take a long vacation, and consider a new vocation as well. Standing idly by watching it all happen just doesn't seem to be improving things.
Israeli Cyberattack Explodes Pagers Across Lebanon
It is a very safe assumption, I’ll apologize to umption if it turns out to be wrong.
“From all appearances”?
That’s a big assumption, and doesn’t match what I’ve seen, at least some were sold to the public including children….and all were detonated in public which means the collateral victims are 100% random. Even if they were first sold only to Hezbollah, another assumption, many definitely made it into the secondary resale market, which was 100% guaranteed from the start.
How many random bombs mailed/sold around the country by another country are OK? 10? 100? 1000? There may have been tens of thousands of devices spread around the country.
I do not acknowledge this was targeted or selective, the methodology makes that impossible and the mere suggestion ridiculous. “Those in close proximity” to the randomly distributed bombs exploded in public, or in buildings that burned from the devices, or accidents with victims that were driving, etc…. are random innocent victims even if you assume (with no basis or rationality) that the devises were miraculously only in Hezbollah hands and decide that targeting them for terroristic bombings is somehow acceptable.
Israel has a long history of ignoring the massive collateral damage of tens of thousands of innocent victims, mainly children, they intentionally cause by targeting their “enemies” when they can do the most collateral damage consistently, despite having the technology and capacity to do surgical attacks with minimal risk, and are this genocidally barbarous when defending themselves from mostly rock throwing children and fireworks and an occasional gunshot on a damage/death scale <1% what Israel returns.
This act again makes the Israeli government a terrorist government, this was a massive terrorist bombing, no matter what the objective, and likely another war crime. We should in no way be supporting or defending a terrorist nation that is under legitimate criminal accusations of war crimes from international courts. It’s not difficult.
Alot of assumptions there though...
First that it even was Israel. Which seems a reasonable assumption though.
My big difference with you though is around being untargeted. From all appearances the affected devices appear to have been almost entirely in the hands of Hezbollah members. That makes the better assumption that Israel(or whomever is responsible) actually was able to distribute the devices directly to Hezbollah itself for internal distribution.
Say what you will about the attack, but 'untargeted' seems a poor descriptor. Heck, even carefully planned out sniper operations on the same number of enemy operatives would likely have a higher collateral casualty count. At least acknowledge this attack, for everything else that it is, was highly selective of Hezbollah members and those within an extremely close proximity of them.

Wow. So little support showed up today after Don called for massive protests that he claimed the police had closed the streets around the courthouse, but they had not, the street was open, there was ONE pro trump protester there. That’s it, all that showed up to support the disgraced ex president…no fans, no supporters, no family. Even Jeffry Dahmer’s parents showed up for him in court! No one is there for poor little DJ that he isn’t paying to be there.
Bonus- After their disastrous performance at the contempt hearing where their arguments were laughable (like claiming that if Trump adds “maga” to any post it becomes a political statement and that magically invalidates the gag order, or that retweeting statements doesn’t violate the gag order even when he edits them, the judge has said he, Trump’s only real attorney, has lost all credibility in this court…Trump already had none, now his lawyers won’t be believed and the judge will instruct the jury to that effect. The keystone cops of lawyers! You get what you deserve sometimes. 😂
Today’s testimony….
“PECKER SCREWS TRUMP”
“[Pecker] Outlines Trump election conspiracy and reveals Trump’s constant cheating on wife Melania in damning testimony” Hilariously describing the then long time married Trump as “well known as the most eligible bachelor”.
Walt Nada has said under oath that he was promised a pardon when Trump wins if he lied to the FBI. 😂
Interviews from person 16 with corroborating evidence show Trump and his family were warned repeatedly that stealing documents from the whitehouse was a crime and they needed to return every page. They also reported under oath that there was never a standing “declassification order”, and could not be because it would be highly illegal. (Handling whitehouse records and preserving them was part of their job). Just more evidence that the treason wasn’t an accident, he stole those highly sensitive classified documents intentionally knowing full well it was criminal when he did it, and criminal to retain them. We still have no idea who he may have shown them to, but we know at the least that both Chinese and Russian agents have been free to roam Mar a Lago while they were there unguarded. You can’t say the same about the personal notes Biden accidentally retained and returned when they were discovered.
Crosswalk Visibility Insurance
What's so "seen" about carrying a (foam) brick to cross the road? That drivers would be afraid the pedestrian will throw the brick at them for not stopping and purposely run him/her/(pronoun) over?
Those fake bricks are probably germ incubators even for a short term. And I wouldn't be surprised assholes would just stick all kinds of gums, mucus and phlegm all over the bricks for "giggles" ... almost EXPECTED nowadays. And what about what's gonna happen if a pedestrian with the brick in case a close call? Is the "safety campaign" trying to legitimize throwing bricks at cars?
The whole idea is just problematic to me as a safety/social experiment.
Just be careful, look both ways before crossing and stop looking at the phone while crossing for a few seconds should do the trick.
Yes, we can argue that onus is on the drivers to avoid pedestrians getting hurt. But it's ALWAYS the pedestrians getting hurt/killed in accidents, rarely the other way around. I wouldn't leave MY life in other peoples hands whenever I cross a road, having the right of way or not.
Francis Scott Keys Bridge In Baltimore Collapses
I read the news at 4am last night after pulling some OT. Shit I had a hard time going to sleep doom scrolling for another 30 mins before I put down the phone.
From this video, seems like the ship's power was going in/out intermittently before the crash with heavy smoke billowing out, so that might be engine/fire trouble.
Why that is (poor maintenance record, sabotage or what not) is to be determined. It's just a very inopportune, and deadly, time to have that kind of power outage.
Damn stupid & cruel to politicize this accident.
Of course…
Republicans are already politicizing this tragedy in multiple ways…
1) insinuating because it’s a foreign owned ship it might be intentional/terrorism
2) insinuating that because it’s a foreign owned ship it has something to do with “open borders”
3) tying the expected economic impact to automatically creating more inflation, quickly blamed on Biden and
4) blaming the collapse on poor infrastructure which they blame on Democrats despite Republicans having voted against the first meaningful infrastructure bill in decades, a Democrat written and sponsored bill they all take credit for now.
Meanwhile the White House has sent federal assistance, sent the Secretary of transportation, and already pledged the army core of engineers to clear debris and rebuild as fast as possible using federal money to be recouped from the shipping company later (not wait years to rebuild while we litigate their responsibility).
Quite a stark contrast in leadership styles on display.

Tesla Cam captures INSANE crash
Not an expert, but it could be a domino effect of a loose screw scenario, causing all the screws to be snapped off. Here in Toronto (Canada), we've seen significance increases of fatal accidents of these type because of (mostly truck's) poor maintenance causing wheels flying off & killed people. It's the driver's (or trucking companies') fault. The interviewed Police usually warn viewers that because we here often need (and should!) change between summer/winter tires, we need to make sure the tires are balanced and the screws are properly tightened. The garages usually wash their hands off from accident liabilities and insurance companies rarely go after the garages as well.
I hope everyone escaped without long term injuries.
I wonder how liability works in a case like this.
Possible scenarios:
1. Freak accident, no one is liable.
2. Truck owner is liable, but only because they modified their car from manufacturer spec?
3. Truck manufacturer is liable, faulty construction?
4. State or federal government is liable because of something in the road that make the truck's tire fall off.
5. After market kit provider or after market kit installer is liable because their modification lead to the failure that caused the tire to come off.
I wonder how it all worked out.

Clear your web browser's caches? Try another device? What happened to her? SIck? Defect? Accident?
That’s really odd. I still see my old photo. When I tried to update it I got an error message, so I naturally assumed it hadn’t updated since I still see my old photo. I’m glad the new one is showing for others…I can’t imagine why it won’t update for me.
Yes, that was my girl. She was paralyzed from the waist down for the last 7 years, but a total sweetheart and worth the extra work.

Flagler County Sheriff welcomes would-be criminals
When police act like police and not a sadistic criminal gang that murders and steals and rapes more than any other.
When police act like “to protect and serve” describes their obligations, not the obligations of the citizens they abuse.
When it becomes normal and safe for “good” cops to turn in bad cops, with the full support of the force instead of today’s MO where they get fired, ostracized, slandered, and often outright murdered by fellow police with out fear of prosecution.
(like the cop in LA killed “training” by the same group of police he was investigating for a group rape, set up by his superiors to be “trained” by them, in private, and not stopped when they put him in the hospital with broken ribs and multiple staples in his head 2 days before they killed him by breaking his neck (with his entire body covered in bruises, cuts, and severe lacerations)….being protected by the entire force today. This was in October. No charges pending, called a “training accident”, no investigation. This is not out of the ordinary one bit.)
When every neo Nazi, proud boy, boogaloo boy, and other actual terrorists are purged from the force, along with anyone ever fired from any police force for cause.
In short, when they return to being police, I will give them the respect they will have earned, that’s when …but they have turned from that and only earned scorn and hatred in the last 35+ years. There are no good cops today, just unending barrels of bad apples rotten to the core. Every good cop has been removed or turned into an accomplice. Every force a gang. Every chief a gang leader.
This is not news to you. If you could read, you would have read this response to the same question quite a few times. That you ask again only proves you simply don’t read answers, you just post dumb questions you think are insulting or dismissive. No wonder you know nothing.
When will you take that chip off your shoulder?

Godzilla vs. Gigan Rex
There's this book by a Wall Street Journal reporter, called "Wrong About Japan"--and in one sequence, he asks the creator of Godzilla (a monster created by a nuclear accident/testing, who rolls around destroying...Japanese cities, even if inadvertently)---about it's relationship to WW-II and being the target of nuclear weapons...and the Japanese creator flat out denies it. Says the West doesn't understand that Godzilla is actually about bureaucracy.
What a special and odd place.
Kharkiv region cities liberated from Russian occupation
Today Russian missiles hit multiple targets deep (reportedly 15+ miles) in Poland, including grain storage and power distribution centers, plunging Moldavia into darkness and killing two. This may trigger NATO’s direct involvement since Poland is a NATO member.
WW3 may have started today.
This is part of the new enormous terrorist attack by Russia targeting Ukraine’s energy at the onset of winter, trying to freeze the Ukrainians out. Of course, Russia denies involvement, but their missiles are easily identified, and I assume were tracked. There’s no way this was an accident, you don’t miss with today’s military missiles by over 15 miles. Missing by 15 blocks is nearly impossible.
