Bush has run up the biggest deficit in history. He inherited asurplus of 284 billion, which he's managed turn turn into a 296 billion dollar deficit. Heckuva job. Man, this kind of stuff makes me angry. I realize that this is pretty chopped-up. Did he actually have a real reason for vetoing the bill - besides protecting Big Tobacco?
