Ya it is....sorry I'm kinda a newb at this. :

Sift test-

Should you :

A) Kill the video
B) inform the original submitter that you found a better version of their video and offer your embed while going somewhat out of your way to get the video duped so votes are transferred.
c) Keep the video up
D)dupe it and forget about it
