No, you're more than welcome to post anything from anyone else's profile - we all do!. Just don't post vids that you yourself uploaded and are hosting on your profile, or vids that you have a personal connection to (ie. something you helped produce).

I see. Nevertheless, I am confused regarding this rule. Since I have many subscribers and am subscribed to more than hundred channels and to dozens of friends, does that mean I can’t post any video from any person or channel I am in some connection with. If, so then there is no point in posting anything if you can't post things you like or find funny.

To follow up - all your submitted videos appear to be self-linked. Discard them all & only submit stuff that you're not personally affiliated with.
