...is this the cheesy beginnings of a nano-cybernetic organism future...
this reads like a bad fortune cookie...
agotta love the japs, they use a universal language with whatever they do; folks pouring into the U.S. uninvited should take a lesson..."the human workload, diminished, along with the capacity for self-critical thought, along with the ability to employ changes to society or environment....it makes perfect sense...call it what you will antichristo-mechanisto..,
jack me in, I want heads up display in my Ray-Bans, and a "chip here and there, to keep all my hair, and maybe some sub-cuticular ordinance in there!!!!

I will survive.......

i disagree legacy. this would not help tedious jobs become any less tedious.

the most interesting part to me (because it jives with my research) is the applications for the physically impaired. interfaced with the brain (instead of the muscles) this suit could be the new wheelchair (or could at least be useful as a rehabilitation device, say, after a stroke).

EMPIREsays...

No it wouldn't, because people who could afford the suit, obviously wouldn't accept low wages. And besides, it's japan, it's not exactly the country with the cheapeast living conditions in the world.
This is the beggining of the future. The union of man and machine.
FEAR AND TREMBLE you pieces of meat!

choggiesays...

...yall forget, when the nonotech becomes cheaper than drilling for oil, or manufacturing, or anything as we now know it, money will be out as a need....robots will clean our asses, build our livers, etc...diffent paradigm comin'....if we can stay alive and prosperous,...so beware of neandertals, in turbans AND uniforms...and other distractors...bamdrews right, the uses will be for the meatsacks who no longer enjoy any physical activity....most cattle will be milkin' the teat of technology, alergic to sunlight...(Have any friends like that now??? Hmmmmm??)

ChosenOnesays...

So what you're all saying is that I should invest and buy stock in rockets/laser tech, gundamian metal, nano tech, cybernetics, sony, honda, and manga, then when I'm all rich and old I won't need to walk cause I'll have robotic legs.. that is after the ironic human robot wars..
