csnel3says...SHUT UP WESLEY!!
Sagemindsays...Hold on, Don't let your Wesley Crusher hating stop you from realizing Wheaton actually has an informed opinion. You may dislike the characterization that has surrounded him as a character but in real life, he knows what he is talking about, he has strong opinions and asserts himself. If it's his ego that you dislike, fine, that's your issue. But over all, he is educated on the issues, sure about his opinions and stands firm in his statements, unlike a lot of the opinionists out there.
csnel3says...you're right. He isnt Wesley Crusher, He is a young , very smart, opinionated, assertive, wunderkind. Who after graduating the acadamy, left with the traveler to see..... oh!! shit!!! im all confused now..

bmacs27says...Wil Wheaton for president of awesome!
GeeSussFreeKsays...Individuals are just as much a threat to our "way of life" as groups of powerful corporations. I submit the alcohol industry wasn't too keen on prohibition, yet it passed to the oppressing of all. Not to distract from the issue at hand, but it is a false notion to think that all the whims of the people are "just" and all the whims of special interest unjust. It is an unsophisticated understanding of the history of democracy and the oppression of the majority that leads to this kind of lax, wishful thinking.
