Via PBS: What if government paid for the information it collected on its citizens? Jaron Lanier, widely regarded as the father of virtual reality and the author of "Who Owns the Future?", suggests that would be one step toward balancing the exploitative nature of the free technology that's making society more unequal. Please, please,please, X28 coronal mass ejection aimed directly at earth TODAY! Not this guy's fantasy....I'd like to see every last electronic component rendered useless in an instant. Better population reduction than any war ever contrived and perpetrated

I'm thinking Ted Kaczynski was on to something. I certainly don't approve of his tactics to get people to listen, but his message was certainly relevant; now more than ever.

The Kaczinsky method of avoiding detection still works today even with the intelligence apparatus in place-...It's called, The Montana Off-Grid

And how do you think the government would get the money to pay for this information? Don't give them the justification that its unjust because we're not paid for the information they acquire. Its unjust because its a violation the 4th amendment.
