I am losing 3-5 pounds a week now doing what I am doing. Exercising hard 6 days a week for 60-90 minutes and eating healthy. Feels great but a bit sore. I'm sure this dramatic drop wont hold out for long lest I evaporate.

Another good tip is to gain muscle.
If you gain more muscle you burn more caliories just sustaining your body health. Aim for LARGE muscle groups is the easiest so you can gain musle quicker.
People dont like to do this because they care to much on weight and not slimness. Muscle weights a LOT more then fat does.
