VH1 Parody of Mac/PC Ads

tedbatersays...

and I loathe the mac

Basically, if you're not into professional video/audio editing for a living, and you own a Mac...then you are going through a phase in which you feel the need to set yourself apart from society by owning the "cool" computer that has the cool commercials and does 99% of everyday computing tasks 99% more innefficiently than a PC. On an average day, you'll find more macs in a trendy coffee shop than in an office or home...that should speak for itself. You'll grow out of it.

Broadcast + mp3 = podcast. What's wrong with that?

If it's the fact that "podcast" might be interpretted as subliminal advertising for Apple and its ipods, then I guess you're also the kind of person who corrects people when they use words like "tannoy" or "hoover".

Tannoy is a company that makes public-address systems, but the brand name's become synonomous with all such PAs, just like how everyone calls vacuum-cleaners hoovers (at least in the UK).

What's a Henway?

I work tech support - Macs are what I tell the 'smart' users to get. No complicated two button mouse to worry about. "Double clicking" is too hard a concept. God forbid right clicking to do something.

Macs take all that complication away with one click of the mouse. Well... the only click actually.
