He has a number of videos featuring the same setup. While I can't really see much talent in the kids, he has a damn good singing voice imo.

these kids have good rhythm.

first thing that impressed me was the girl hitting 8th note before each new measure on the hanging tamborine, and waiting for her to mess up when switching to playing the flute or chime...

Yea, his keyboard arm seems to maintain its angle and yet he always removes his hands from the key board

This would also explain how in one of his other videos, his daughter blind folded him and he still managed both the keyboard and xylophone.
