I used to be a cable snob...then I got on a line that shared with 12 other people. Time Warner's response? "Oh, that shouldn't be like that...we'll get to it."

Still love this. PacBell did this too.

I laugh at your DSL when I get cheap 10down 3up on cable. We are apparently sharing with 6 other people but it stays constant. Thats QoS for you.
