Saturday Morning Cartoons - Rocket Robin Hood Intro

Rocket Robin Hood, known in French as Robin Fusée, is a Canadian animated television series produced from 1966 to 1969. It takes the characters and conflicts associated with the classic legend of Robin Hood and sets it in a futuristic, outer space setting.

Those who remember it, remember it well.
Because it is awesome.

I hate this fucking show. Never knew it was Canadian, but I am not surprised. I am challenged to remember any Canadian TV that didn't cause stifling boredom in my youth. As a 12 year old cartoon maniac I can't even put into words the distaste I had for this cartoon, which offered the least scientific science fiction, and least adventurous adventure that has ever been half-heartedly cobbled together by workmen who obviously couldn't give half a shit about what they were producing. I think the worst part was how much of the show consisted of titles, interstitials, teases, and recaps. If an episode was 22 minutes there was probably 11 minutes of content.

And don't even get me started on the quality of the animation or sound. This is some of the cheapest looking bullshit nimation ever put on television.

God I hate it so much. Funny thing is the same studio made The Mighty Hercules which I loved as a kid.
