Roger Linn - New Free Form Instrument Prototype

Neat idea for a super instrument. Simplistic interface allows the user to view all notes at once.

The multi-touch lets you control velocity and pitch as if the user were playing an actual string or drum.

Midi controller functionality means you can manipulate any input sounds..

..makin' this one of the most ballin' instruments you'll never get to play with.

pritty good.

surprised there rnt loads of devices like this on the market , computers have existed for yonks and a closely packed device like this has manny advantages over a traditional keybord/peano .

only problem is with instruments is its like computer keyboards , basically stuck with a qwerty/peano. untill a critical mass of people decide to learn get used to a better design.

Moving this video to GenjiKilpatrick's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.

I'd like it to be a bit longer so the other hand can get in there. Maybe throw a loop and effect section underneath and that thing is awesome; hard to master (and learn). Wish I could promote this sucker.
