I bet they ordered him to get on the ground several times. You can see the officer "bear hugging" was trying to take his legs out from under him. He wasn't complying so they tazed him. Can't ask cops to just continuously wrestle someone who is resisting. Job well done if you ask me.

i'm pretty sure if you are being arrested, and you go limp like that and do nothing to co-operate with the fuzz, you are technically resisting arrest. agreed that this is an example of an ok taser-ing. a little more warning to the man would have been nice, tho.
