Students turned their ire on a news van, a symbolic gesture that expressed a view held by many that the news media exaggerated Mr. Paterno’s role in the scandal surrounding accusations that a former assistant coach, Jerry Sandusky, sexually assaulted young boys.

I remember when I was in school there during one of the past riots. There were photo screen caps of the people involved hanging up for years afterwards and they were persona non grata in any of the establishments in State College. That was before the advent of the cell phone camera. These rioters are in for a rude awakening. Many of them will be expelled, if not arrested.

Not very intelligent to be out there rioting, no matter how you feel about the events that sparked it.
