Comedy improv troupe the L.A. Connection used to have this show back in the 80's where each week, they stripped the original soundtrack from films and added their own. Here they slice and dice the 30's western classic, Zorro's Fighting Legion (1939)

Used to watch this show one year when it was on the tube religiously-Wanted to open a drive-in theater b/t two college towns, art films, coffeehouse, kitsch food fare, and on weekends take the soundtrack out of a cheap-ass B-film and have voice-over actors with mikes up front doing the dialog-Would have popped, timings' a bitch, can still work though...Someone should take my idea and run the fuck off with it-
