EDDsays...I doubt this really needs to be said, as we're not the typical YT crowd, but the voice acting in this is obviously just placeholders. I'm sure the finished product will be of at least equal quality to the Enhanced Edition.
honkeytonk73says...I suspect this was intentionally leaked and called an internal only video for the sake of catching people's attention. I'm sure it is an effective marketing tactic.
I also agree with EDD, the audio is obviously placeholders. Likely the coders themselves filling in.
EDDsays...^Could be. Here's CD Projekt's official word on the matter, which does sound fishy, but not too incriminating:
"Of course, we can't and won't try to deny the facts. The movie that appeared on the various sites yesterday presents our newest project, The Witcher 2, which we've been working on for some time. We made something about half year ago, to present the first playable version of the game." said Adam Kicinski, CEO of CD Projekt RED. "Currently we are looking for a potential publisher (or publishers) for this title, and this leak is an uncontrolled side effect of that process. For today, we are not commenting on anything that concerns the game itself."
RedSkysays...Well that adds another game I'm looking forward to. Glad they finally found some time to do a sequel with all the console ports, improvements and what have you that they were busy with.
BoneyDsays...Nothing's ever leaked. It's released.
Looks interesting, but I hope they use more Euro accents this time round.
Kruposays...Oh man, I really need to finish "Witcher 1"...
The accent at 2:45 was hilarious.
Hmm, the only thing that worried me was that quick-time events thing... do they not listen to ZPR reviews on all other action games?
