whoah, that could have been REALLY bad.
but drunk and "disorderly"? He wasn't bothering anyone!

Tell that to the people told their train was delayed 30 minutes because of a drunk guy asleep on the track. I'd be bothered!

i'm with firefly ... i said the same thing while watching this. "disorderly"?!?!?! he was passed out!

i wouldn't be that bothered by a 30min delay ... better than living the rest of my life knowing that the train i was in ran over a drunk guy sleeping on the tracks!
