They need weights in the cars so they weigh as much as the camera car. It’s starting with way more potential energy, so it’s no surprise it passes almost every car every time. Weighted noses would help stop spin outs too.

I’m always impressed with the image quality from a camera that can fit on a match box car without making it flop right over.
