If thats not autotuned (which...it does not sound like it at all!!!), then good LORD shes got some pipes!

She may have pipes (no real control and not singing from her diaphragm) but she ain't got no soul or talent for writing or singing the blues-Even if this tune is supposed to be satirical, she pulls it off,a bit "too white for the real blues."
