Evan though i can see how this is motivational to kids presenting things so simply is a bit stupid as life is never so simple as "don't give up" as it totally depends on the context and what it is you are giving up on.

well I think this takes into account that people do give up, it just wouldn't be a very good motivational speech of he said "sometimes kids you can give up"

People who are prepared to give up are more likely to in essence.

so ur saying...if hitler died normally he would have the chance to end up in heaven after being punished in hell? But because he killed himself...that just..oh man puts it over the edge for the mighty lord, leaving him in hell forever....i would have thought he'd be in hell forever either way. it think god needs a therapy session with those values.

i mean 'if he got punished' as in if he got dragged around on the street and watever westy said, rather than committing the sin of suicide, which automatically takes you to hell obviously. so at least if he suffered a bit and didn't commit the sin of suicide, god might have gone 'fair enough at least you didn't kill yourself, you have a chance to get into heaven if you can convince me'
