Frequency Crowd Control

Increasing use of frequency ranges that can not be tolerated - but is it safe? What about the health and minds of people who work or live in the areas where these are used? It is said to be only heard by Teens.... what about Infants, pets and adults with good hearing?

And since when are people between 18-25 considered "youths"? And what the hell is wrong with hanging out outside of a fucking store?

I'd double up on the vandalism and theft in these places if I lived nearby.

You'd get the same effect by playing muzak.

But I have to agree that this is a good solution. It's not about diffusing a hostile situation, it's about preventing people (of any age) from gathering and loitering so long that a hostile situation might develop.

But it would be better if they didn't tell anybody what they were doing. As volumptuous said, reprisals might be coming if ruffians realize they're being targeted. If it's just a vague annoying sound, they would probably assume that it's a new piece of equipment on a nearby roof and move along.

The UK government refuses to apply assault and noise pollution laws to Mosquitos because, like all politicians, they're whores and afraid of losing the votes of elderly bigots. No surprise to see things are the same in another corrupt and failing state.

Anyone assaulting me with one of these devices would end up eating it.
