Nice try, but Tea Bagger racism is well documented (http://www.google.com/images?hl=en&source=imghp&q=tea+party+racism&gbv=2&aq=f&aqi=g1&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=) and has nothing to do with Bryd's KKK past. Also, if you are trying to sell the argument that it's actually the Democrats who are the REAL racists, you might want to have a supporting argument better than 'some reporter waited until the end of his obit to mention negatives'. *failblog.com.net.org

The Klu Klux Klan was founded as a Democrat proxy group. Many black Americans served in the U.S. Goverment in the 1800's and beyond as part of the "Radical Republican" party. In 1912 the 'Progressive' Democrat, President Woodrow Wilson instituted racial segregation into the Federal Government. Many blacks were subsequently pushed out of the Federal Government.
