First time On a bulldozer with no training

Never hire workers from in front of Home Depot to do this type of work(you cheap bastard).

Funny.

Perhaps this is just an Ontario thing, but around here we call that a skid-steer. A bulldozer is much much bigger.

Haha. I got the chance to drive one of those at my last job (it had nothing to do with my "real" job, but it was a slow day and the crew was letting people take rides).
They are so much fun. Wheelies!

This is one of those rare times when heavy machinery can appear cute.

Yes, you're right -- this is certainly not a bulldozer, but I confess I haven't used the term skid-steer. It looks bobcat, although not made by bobcat.

I don't think he called out any specific race. Just seemed like a comment about getting unskilled labor for something that requires a bit of training.

I could change it to non union worker. I dont know where you come up with a race issue. I wouldnt throw that around so lightly.

Fletchsays...

I used to do plumbing in San Diego, and I hired migrant workers several times as laborers and helpers for big jobs. Always busted ass, and always knew what they were doing. With all the coverage that Home Depot got (in Cali?) by trying to ban migrant workers from the fronts of their stores a few years back, I can see how easy it would be to immediately associate "workers from in front Home Depot" with a particular nationality, although you certainly didn't mean to do that. Still, funny-ass video.
