I'd like to point out that what Costa says about Dutch drug policy is wrong. It's true that A FEW coffeeshops have been moved to the borders of our country but that's only because drug tourists were causing problems and crowding in the city centers close to the borders.

First thing Costa says is that he got raped by the Dutch press the last time he spoke on this issue and it's my guess as to why he gets short with this guy.

The forum scene does come across as an ambush, so the chairman's reply is not so surprising. It would be useful to see the original forum in which Polak asked the question, rather than just having his own account of events.

Obviously, though, the question is valid, and the answer seems all too obvious.

Being raped by the Dutch press is no reason not to give a straight answer. That's probably why he got raped by the press the previous time he didn't answer. Costa was being extremely rude.
